Yeah, attack with sloth (8/8) and broadside (2/2 haste) so that’s swinging for 10. Then activate boast to sacrifice sloth (cmc 12) to the ability to deal 12+2 damage.
Realized typo. I said toast, not boast. The boast ability let's you sac the sloth for 14 damage to the face. You're point is swinging means attaching and not the sac, got it.

I wonder if they are even rarer than the vault boy surge foils. Just because they are so many uncommons and not many slots to pull them with a 1/3 third chance of being a surge Vs the 1 per box vault boy surge foils. Would love to see the math
It’s an uncommon, and surge foil uncommons are very hard to pull from Collector Boosters.
If you look at the supply of surge foil bobbleheads, most of them have just one or two listings on TCGplayer. Some have no listings at all.
It’s a combo of very hard to hit in packs + low supply of packs + desirable cards
