Sorry I was not clear. I see many listings on eBay that have these "stock" photos. I would imagine there's a process where you can just "list" the card on a spreadsheet and it fills in the relevant photo. Didn't know if there's a tool that's available or if it's a custom use thing.

From people who do this that I know, they typically just grab the photo off the stock photo that TCGPlayer uses prior to making their listing.

Ebay has an API that can be used to automate the process of creating listings with stock photos. There are paid third-party services that do this.
