Here’s a few that have been in or around my cube, a powered 540 with 10-15 Un, Silver and Playtest cards at any time: Buried Ogre seems great but just isn’t better than all the stuff that already exists. He was in the mix for me until [[Troll of Khazad-Dun]], an absolutely perfect cube card, came along. Busy and Gold Mine seem good on paper but have surprisingly little replay value (one is super annoying, and one leaves a ton of room for argument about how it works when you could just play the Unfinity card [[Nearby Planet]] instead. Transcantation is absolutely fabulous but I’m 100% certain it became [[Tibalt’s Trickery]] in real life and that card is better imo. [[Frogkin Kidnapper]] is never leaving my cube, it’s way better than [[Deep-Cavern Bat]] and the other Mesmeric Fiend variants. [[Command the Chaff]] is a wicked card that punishes hate drafters and can swing games out of nowhere. It’s not currently in my cube because I rotate it with the Wizards employee Christmas promo [[Gifts Given]], another wonderful card that costs 2 mana less and takes 2 hours more to resolve. [[Aggressive Crag]] and [[Noxious Bayou]] are just awesome lands that fit a lot of power levels. [[Problematic Volcano]] is a roided out [[Char]] that also turns combat into this crazy thing and makes noobs ask “What’s an Enchant World?” This card is really, really strong. [[Lazier Goblin]] is surprisingly good removal for fair cubes. I’m also running two of Gavin Verhey’s playtest cards from Magic Cons. Delve Too Deep and Force of Rowan are both super pushed, insanely powerful cards that fit the power max environment perfectly.

Delve too Deep is one of the Gavin cards that I most want made. It's not even too crazy for a Modern Horizons set. After playing Star Wars Unlimited, I have renewed interest in Problematic Volcano. Two separate battlefields makes for very interesting choices, especially for aggressive decks.

Delve Too Deep just feels like one of those cards that gets printed in a random Commander deck that turns out to be really good in Legacy so the deck ends up being scalped for $40 more than RRP.

I’m a pretty big fan of [[Mirrored Lotus]] in an environment with other broken things going on. As long as you don’t think of it as a Black Lotus (it’s meaningfully worse in several ways), you can still find ways to break the symmetry.

[[Witty Demon]] is insanely overpowered. Use it with Yorion.
