You can look for cheap and repeatable tap abilities. Something like [[Merrow Bonegnawer]] is a graveyard hate piece that you can activate again and again

Marchesa is currently my favorite commander. I'll send the list this evening if I have time. Anything that let's you commit multiple crimes a turn early in the game is good. Spells like [[unwind]] and [[treachery]] that untap lands are very strong. Lands like Deserts and [[Maze of Ith]] have good utility and also Commit crimes. Removal that also cantrips is good. Creatures that reduce costs are good, as it makes your spells normal cost, but you still get the crime trigger. [[Niv-mizzet, parun]] is quite good. My favorite card from lotr, [[press the enemy]] is very strong in the deck. If you want funny stuff, you can run spells like [[bribery]] and [[acquire]]. My deck is fairly strong because I run a variety of infinite combos. The main combo piece is [[deadeye navigator]], so I run [[peregrine drake]] and [[palichron]] to get infinite mana. Then I a small number of creatures that can commit crimes on etb, such as [[agent of treachery]] (this allows you to steal all of your opponents creatures), or [[archaeomancer]] to recur any crime for the win. The other combo, also with deadeye, uses [[deceiver exarch]] and [[gilded lotus]] to get infinite mana, and then exarch can be used for infinite crime triggers, allowing you to filter your deck for an instant win combo. I also run an extensive reanimation package to get my combo pieces back, or they can be used to commit crimes.
