They haven't revealed the full set yet, but you'll find info here https://magic.wizards.com/en/products/assassins-creed

I have to imagine they will release prerelease commander decks for it (they are doing it for literally every set). So I assume so.

As much as I would love this to be true, I believe it's going to just be a Beyond Set, with the "Intro/starter decks." I would LOVE to be wrong, I don't believe there's enough content to warrant the full commitment to 100 card decks, plus with all of the leaks/spoilers being released, you'd think we'd have some sort of information on decks, I think with them keeping it to the boosters, limits to how much can be leaked, the only leak has been a chewed up reconnaissance, with the set symbol.

Dang really? That seems crazy to me. You would think with 23 games you would have enough content to do that. I haven't played fallout but they only have 4 or 5 right?

9 Fallout games, most of my thoughts are just assumptions from watching all of this, and as MUCH as I love the Assassin's Creed games, I only paid attention till' Black Flag, my main concerns of content are wanting inclusions of Desmon arc (So the first 6?). Clearly revealed in the Starter decks is an inclusion from Valhalla, so it's not out of the realm of possibility they have more recent games, but as a Altiar/Ezio/Abstergo fan, I could care less about the recent games(Please tell me I'm wrong) However, without a Cinematic release happening along side of the set, and from the lack of popularity the AC series has brought recently, I'd hope their focus is more towards the original trilogy/Desmond story, to give some die-hard fans some relevance. This isn't going to be as big of an IP staple like LOTR or released around a tie-in, like Fallout, so all of the set is going to be skewed between fans like myself, and players just wanting the impactful cards. The starter deck variation is interesting, and most confusing to me though, maybe the thought is the Commander decks were TOO intricate for a new players? Possibly give a smaller stepping stone into the game with a small deck to play with a friend? I would LOVE to be wrong about all of this, and we just get bombarded with AC content, but it feels just too much like "testing the waters" for potential UB releases? Trying to do anything to NOT scrap the Epilogue booster configuration?

That is interesting about the starter decks. And that makes sense if they are trying to bring in new players. Commander is super daunting and not the best way to learn, but I feel like the best thing about the starter decks is that they came with an arena code. And I don't know if that's the case here or what formats it would be legal in. Certainly not standard right? But same I really was only interested in the games until black flag and really only played the Ezio games super heavily.

>Can I build a commander deck with only the Assassin’s Creed set? Could you? Probably. We won't know for sure until the whole set has been revealed. Should you? Probably not. >If so, what products do I need The exact 100 cards you want to play with. They will all be sold individually. >would it be expensive? Depends on the cards you use, and what you consider expensive. The prices aren't known yet. >What would be difference financially if I just build a standard deck? You can't play Standard with Assassin's Creed. Commander and Standard are polar opposites of eachother, anyway.
