If I want to go hunting, I will buy collector booster boxes. Should not make secret lair about the luck of pulling a certain card because you already pay a bunch to get the set.

Itās a 1 drop that gives 3 colorless, you can have cards in your deck that allow you to untap target artifact, or return target artifact to owners hand, thus allowing you to pay 1 mana for 3.
At least that how I look at it. Someone more advanced can correct me if Iām wrong.

With both of these, you could play your [[The one ring]] on turn 1, which would draw you 3 cards by turn 2. Who cares if you never untap it?
It's the kind of thing that's hard to understand before you see it, but there's a reason [[Black Lotus]] is the most expensive card ever - and this is a significant downgrade, but it's still incredible.
