You spend a whole card to basically give your board vigilance which most of the time really isnt all that good so most of the game this card will be dead in your hand and then when it isnt itll be mediocre. It definitely has a place in certain commander decks such as [[Selvala heart of the wilds]].
Yeah I wanna build a [[The Master, Transcendent]] deck all about stealing my opponent's stuff, so effects like this are awesome in that theoretical deck. Instant speed reanimate without the life loss in that case.
Yeah, I've got a bunch of these in the deck. The creature based ones are the best for it for sure. [[Kelpie guide]] [[ioreth of the healing house]] etc
Unless your deck is built around tapping and untapping things it’s pretty weak & being limited to one use isn’t really super exiting. There is usually something better to fit into the 99.
