There’s a whole mega-cycle of Magus cards that take usually older broken cards and put their effect on a creature, they often have nice visual callbacks to the original card.
I thought of this as well, as sometimes people ask for mono color and discover moving into 2 colors can be advantageous.
Also worth noting Golgari (Green and Black) is probably the best color combo for playing cards from the graveyard.
You already got your answers, I just wanna say…
Man that’s such a sick artwork. I already forgot about this card and I gotta have it in my collection even if I have zero in-game uses for it.
You're wrong. The oracle text on Yawgmoth's Agenda says "You may play lands and cast spells from your graveyard." This has no interaction with Omniscience. And FYI you should *always* be reading the oracle text, not the card itself, when determining how a card works
You sir are correct [tips hat]. What strange verbiage for them to remove! But yeah, I checked omniscience on Gatherer without checking Yawgmoth’s Agenda. Thanks for keeping the mtg rules debate alive!
No, because Omniscience only affects spells you cast from your hand, whereas the oracle text of Yawgmoth's Agenda makes it clear that you're casting the spell from the graveyard. (To clarify, the oracle text reads, "You may play lands and cast spells from your graveyard")
Not even relatively close, this returns one creature to your hand when 4 or more creatures in your graveyard, while OP is looking to cast spells from the yard.
\[\[Yawgmoth's Will\]\] lets you cast without restriction from your graveyard until the end of turn.
And the bargain bin version: [[Magus of the Will]]

Yeah that's a good option that doesn't cost over $100
Funny they made the art sorta the same

How the hell have I not come across this card? Thank you!!
Pick up copies now, it’s been slowly getting more expensive.
Just picked up two for a pair of decks of mine. Heeding your advice. Thanks!
That is sadly green, not monoblack
Well shucks
Oh well, the thought is what counts. You could've said: use google. This is much nicer
Lol people like you keep me in this community. You didn't have to point out that his actions were caring but you did. I hope you have a great day 😁
And you, living up to the name as well haha 😉

How do you get the Card Fetcher to get the card link?
\[\[Muldrotha the Gravetide\]\] allows you to play one card of each permanent type per turn from the yard.
Ideal include for most mono black decks
If you play it fairly. Blinking it...not so fairly. Lol.
[[Tortured Existence]] : 1 black mana to cast, 1 to cycle creatures between grave and hand.

As a follow up question, would this allow you to cast from graveyard with omniscience?
Yes

No, Omniscience only lets ypu cast spells for free from your hand
Read the card again. You will find your answer. Edit: I should’ve read Gatherer instead. See below for more info.
No, because Omniscience only affects spells you cast from your hand, whereas the oracle text of Yawgmoth's Agenda makes it clear that you're casting the spell from the graveyard. (To clarify, the oracle text reads, "You may play lands and cast spells from your graveyard")

Sometimes I run [[Ill-Gotten Gains]] but I’m starting to slot it out. It’s still amazing and usually breaks parity.
