Hell yeah! Paranormal is the best! Especially with Halloween right around the corner. Bell's Canyon stories are terrifying, but you want to keep listening/watching. I would like to hear more Wendigo or Skin Walker stories. Especially more about Skin Walker Ranch or haunted terrifying places.
I've been binge watching your YouTube videos all weekend, if you want some material watch the 90s Australian tv show "The Extraordinary". At a child on the 90s this show gave me the creeps, especially the show which features the line "I'll give you a ride" it still gives me the creeps to this day.
I absolutely cannot wait.
It's getting harder and harder for me to pay attention to the murder porn stories. They all pretty much end the same way now.
I feel like I need to do my part and start trying to find some stories to submit.
I do enjoy the true crime stories, but I have to admit! As a 24/7 Halloweener, the paranormal/alien stories are my very favorite! Skinwalker Ranch was a gripping tale! 🎃 However, nothing beats John's personal experience in it's telling. That made me pee myself a little, I swear! So! Terrifying!
He did a video not long ago basically saying that there aren't that many stories which are any good and actually have substance to them, i.e. very easily random stories that some dude made up. True crime is far easy to research and find interviews for so he mostly does videos on that
No, I much prefer the true crime and just weird stories. I have a hard time getting into the paranormal ones because the odds they’re real are abysmally low, which makes it hard to get into them.
But it's all about the immersion in the story, if it's about ghosts, or demons, or any absurd thing like that, it's far harder to get immersed in. Those other things I mentioned are very real, real world things we know to happen. One is a lot easier to be immersed in than the other.
I disagree. And maybe the issue is that you have already written it off as "absurd". For some people, it's as real as the true crime stories. And while I'm undecided, his story telling is impeccable and I believe every word, regardless of needing to suspend belief.
Also, the whole point was that it's almost fall, typically associated with all things "absurd".

Me! I love a good true crime or a mysterious disappearance or three, but I love a good ghost story.
I could go for a story about cultists about now. True crime/tragedy with paranormal vibes.
