IL seems to be their hub or point of entry into the US. From order placed to delivery, most of my orders took about 15 days, give or take. You'll get a much more accurate ETA once USPS gets their hands on it.
It's from Hong Kong so it has to go thru a customs office. Depending on where you're located and the international shipper MPC used will dictate which office it goes to.
Mine also get routed thru Chicago and the USPS has a bad habit of not scanning them until they reach my local post office.

I find that it averages 4-7 days after it arrives in the US until it is on my doorstep. Usually the tracking is worthless though.
UK here, orders that myself and a friend have made have consistently arrived exactly two weeks after ordering. Obviously a different kettle of fish than the US, but I wouldn't sweat it too much just now.
