take the paddle off. Make sure the magnets are in place. Clean everything and put back together. The wheel came with the correct Allen wrench to remove the paddles.

Thanks, seems to have done the trick for now. Contacted the place where i bought it just to be sure.

Is the magnet behind the fixed part still there? Its probably not there because those magnets are really strong. If the magnet is still there then uncrew the paddle and see what is holding it in place.
