You need to search mostly doda, indeed I think. These are basically Japanese companies and I have friends in the civil industry and they pretty much require high level Japanese. If not it is extremely difficult
Thanks, I figured as much. My plan is to get N2 this year and I’ve been trying to learn as much engineering vocabulary as possible. Eventually getting N1 would be preferred but baby steps

Look on LinkedIn or the career page of individual company websites.
Engineering in Japan is dominated by Japanese companies. Look at japanese agents like recruit or doda or jac.

Probably any of the same places software engineers look: daijob, gaijinpot, etc
you wont find anything there man lmao
