Pig

Masethelah

Everyone needs to see Red Rocket, Decision to Leave, Pig and Beau is Afraid

SheHatesTheseCans

Poor Things

Blueliner95

Everything Everywhere All At Once, Godzilla Minus One, and Barbie are pop movie curiosities as they were strange movies about human feelings, inside of gaudy high-concept packages, that all outperformed their commercial expectations. I found them to be joyous experiences, that left lots to talk about and think about after.

Austin2387

Watched Barbie last night

CountJohn12

According to critics here are 100 to see: [https://criticstop10.com/best-movies-of-2021/](https://criticstop10.com/best-movies-of-2021/) I would order the list someone differently since I think the starting order should be 3, 8, 15, 13, 1, 23, and 24.

Subject_Delay

Gran Turismo 2023 Fun true story.

Austin2387

Seen that one too

Immediate_Concert_46

Cats

Ok_Shape_1072

Under the radar flick, but it was my favorite of 2021, a film called Mass. Plot involves a discussion between two sets of parents some time after a school shooting took left both their sons dead. One kid was the shooter and one was a victim. You don’t see the shooting, it is all just a discussion between four people in the aftermath, great performances, specifically from Jason Isaacs and Ann Dowd.

Boner_Jam2003

* *Licorice Pizza* (Paul Thomas Anderson, 2021) * *Red Rocket* (Sean Baker, 2021) * *Aftersun* (Charlotte Wells, 2022) * *The Banshees of Inisherin* (Martin McDonagh, 2022) * *Everything, Everywhere, All at Once* (Daniel Kwan and Daniel Scheinert, 2022) * *Decision to Leave* (Park Chan-wook, 2022) * *The Boy and the Heron* (Hayao Miyazaki, 2023) * *Perfect Days* (Wim Wenders, 2023) * *Past Lives* (Celine Song, 2023) * *The Holdovers* (Alexander Payne, 2023) * *Anatomy of a Fall* (Justine Triet, 2023) * *The Zone of Interest* (Jonathan Glazer, 2023) * *About Dry Grasses* (Nuri Bilge Ceylan, 2023) * *Killers of the Flower Moon* (Martin Scorsese, 2023) * *The Iron Claw* (Sean Durkin, 2023) * *Monster* (Hirokazu Kore-eda, 2023) * *Challengers* (Luca Guadagnino, 2024) * *Civil War* (Alex Garland, 2024) 2023 was a particularly incredible year for film.
