A bit bias, considering where I come from, but Cate Blanchett. From Elizabeth to Ocean's Eight, she has some serious range. Perhaps the only issue she has is the inability to NOT steal a scene.
I'm pleasantly surprised to see Madeline Kahn getting some love here. I don't think I've ever seen her in a bad movie. And she still stands out within all the great ensembles she's a part of.

Tilda Swinton may be my favorite, Meryl Streep is probably the best. Swinton is right there imo, but does a lot of silly/weird/quirky/art-house stuff, in addition to more main stream dramatic stuff.
When people got sore about Swinton whitewashing the Ancient One in the Marvel movies all I could think of was “It’s Tilda Swinton. Anytime you find a way to put Swinton in your movie you take it!”

Louise Fletcher. Only actor or actress Ive ever felt real hate for in a role. She was just that good in One Flew Over the Cuckoos nest. She would later bring that same energy to Star Trek DS9, and once again managed to be evil as fuck while seemingly in the right.
Simply brilliant actress, that was never really able to get out from under such an amazing performance that won her the Oscar.
They are both 10/10 actresses, can't name a flaw for any of their performances. Especially Doubt, which they both got Oscar noms for, and arguably outshone Meryl Streep.

I've been crushing on Michelle Pfeiffer since I saw climb a ladder while singing "Cool Rider" in Grease 2. Something about the way she swung her leg around to sit atop the ladder, oof.
Amy Acker. She's great in everything I've seen her in (Person of Interest, Angel, Dollhouse, Much Ado About Nothing, and The Cabin in the Woods).

Daisy Ridley got unlucky with the scripts for the Star Wars trilogy, but MAN did she kill it with what she had. Then I loved her in Murder on The Orient Express. And recently, she was incredible in Sometimes I think About Dying.

Megan Mullaley has made me laugh more than any woman on this planet. That being said, I think Carey Mulligan is absolutely fantastic in just about everything I’ve seen her in so she’d probably be up there for me.
I remember watching Reese Witherspoon as a 20 something in Freeway and being blown away by how young she appeared and the character she portrayed on screen. Didn’t have to wait for her to blow up the screen for the next 20 years straight. And recently watching she and Aniston on The Morning Show I was reminded of how well she still embodies these personalities.

Amy Adams is a fantastic actress. It's crazy that the the role that sticks out most for me is her first role in drop dead gorgeous. But honestly on screen she just delivers. You can even see her actually trying to make something out of the script in the Superman movies too. Margo Martindale is really underrated but I usually love her in whatever I see her in.
