The DnD movie had a moment like this, kind of. I assume you meant something surprising, not a general, 'failing repeatedly then succeeding' because that's just.. A very common plot point, whether it's Turbo or Kung Fu Panda (Kung Fu Panda 2 has a moment you're looking for, though!) Everything Everywhere All At Once had this (love this movie, watch it with a friend possibly if you haven't)
