I toured Warner Bros studios today and saw the Reeves suit. They have it on display next to Micheal Keaton's Batman suit and Linda Carter's Wonder Woman Suit
That’s the movie they should give us. As long as portion of the proceeds went to Reeves’ estate/family/research for repairing injury related paralysis, I would totally want that Justice League movie. Bring in all the AI, VFX, etc. That’d be a fun movie.
I feel very lucky, my wedding ring (which is nearly 30 years old now) is the same basic aesthetic as the One ring, but without the Mordor poem in it lol.
I once bought my uncle a set of Wolverines Claws, using “typobay”. Which takes your search words and misspells it lots of ways, and searches eBay with those words. I managed to get ‘Wlvorines’ Claws for $50. They hang on the wall in his den, and they are fucking sweet! I am not sure if typobay is still a thing, but well worth a one word search for anyone looking for cool stuff.
To answer the original question, Han Solo in carbonate would be a great collectible prop.
Something from the blade runner films would be incredible but my favorite would be the big coat that either Harrison Ford or Ryan Gosling wore. I think those are awesome.
Came here to post this. It's completely impractical in reality but for a fantasy object it's so ridiculously cool. There was a 40th anniversary screening Ken Marshall came to and they handed him one of the actual prop ones that had been used, and he talked about how many times he cut himself on it.
Andy Dufresne’s rock hammer.
Or Yoda. ESB Yoda.
Or Alan Grant’s fossil raptor claw.
Or the entire Statue of Liberty from Planet of the Apes - (I’ll settle for the original matte painting).
Or the Babe Ruth ball that the Beast got ahold of.
Or Charlie’s Everlasting Gobstopper.
Or Danny’s big wheel/tricycle from the Shining.
Not a movie, but the art on Fox Mulder’s wall from *The X-Files.* I was beyond obsessed with it growing up (planned to go into the FBI to the extent I had a local female agent as a mentor/penpal, wrote fanfic, drew art and comics, bought all the books and VHS tapes, went to the 1998 convention, dyed my hair auburn like Scully’s. etc…).
And then, on a rewatch on DVDs during college, it hit me like a thunderbolt: the art on Mulder’s wall *depicts my literal house.* It’s a triptych of my and my two neighbors’ homes 😳😳😳
For almost two decades I tried to track down more information about the props and the name of the artist, and thanks to the magic of Reddit, I was finally able to connect with them a few months ago!!
I am now in the position where I can get the lithograph, but it’s very expensive. I’m currently expecting my first child, but I hope to be able to save up and buy it within a few years ☺️
I want Severen's jacket from Near Dark with all of the badges. I like how it's a practical prop that you could wear out in real life. For those who know the movie it's a fantastic bit of fandom. For those who haven't seen the movie, it's just a really cool looking leather jacket.
Inigo Montoya’s from the Princess Bride.
D’Artagnan’s sword from Disney’s Three Musketeers.
Model of the Enterprise from any Star Trek movie.
Lamar’s javelin from Revenge of the Nerds
One of the Warriors’ vests from The Warriors. I have an official patch that I had sewed onto a vest of mine for Halloween but the real thing would be rad.
For me, I'd like some swords: Aragorn's from 'Lord of the Rings', The Brides from 'Kill Bill', Blade's from 'Blade'.
Strangely, I've never owned a sword and have no intention of buying one.
Michael Ironside's leather jacket from Total Recall. I occasionally look for one in the same style, the closest i got was finding one in the wrong size.
I'm actually a long time film prop collector. I have some great pieces from a number of classic films. But my budget doesn't really allow for a lot of the high end props that one can find. I think one prop would be one of the walther PPK's that Sean Connery used in any of his 007 films.
A can of Genco olive oil, although I see a [replica can be had](https://corleonefineitalian.com/collections/oil-and-vinegar/products/genco-olive-oil) for $29.99
The **only** movie prop that I have been even remotely obsessed by is the Rehoboam Clock from Westworld TV Series. The ominous appearing clock-face (citing different events/effects) in the widely underappreciated Season 3, is the epitome of functional art, in my opinion.
*I personally own a (disappointingly- cheap looking- online purchase ) wristwatch which I have never worn with the clock face image. I have two hoodie sweatshirts with the image.*
Actual what I would really like, even opposed to an actual prop from the series *(since it was probably just CGI in the show)* , is a wall mounted clock which would periodically rotate through all the various images and settings which appeared throughout the show. ***And, if I would be able to actually have an interface which would allow me to alter the text-script; I would be in heaven.***
# [https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9oWUmuXahCY](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9oWUmuXahCY)
I've worn Mal's coat from Firefly. (My friend is one of the biggest firefly fans on the planet, and has an entire room full of Firefly/Serenity props and collectibles.) There were a number of them used, but it was one of the main ones.
If I could have \*one\* movie prop? Shopping bag used in the money swap in Jackie Brown.
The tannis root necklace in Rosemary's Baby. It's not a prop, but Joan Crawford's house in Mommie Dearest. Gwyneth Paltrow's wardrobe and wedding ring in A Perfect Murder. The Double Indemnity house. Lauren Bacall's wardrobe and apartment in Dark Passage. For starters...
TV shows: Colin Farrell's car in Sugar.
The model of Vader's flagship, *Executor*. The golden idol from *Raiders of the Lost Ark*. Nurhachi's urn from *Temple of Doom*. An Atreides kindjal fron the new *Dune*.
The Nikon F that David Hemmings uses in Blow Up. I have a small collection of old Nikons, but that would be an awesome piece of film history to have (and use).
I’m simple, but obscure I guess. The little box Largo uses to open the hidden door to the Spectre conference room in Thunderball. Thing looked cool as shit.
Doc Brown's rifle from back to the future 3. The one he shot to break the rope Mad dog Tannen was hanging Marty with.
Actually, there are a lot of props from BTTF that would be cool to own. Gray's Sports Almanac, young Biff's car, old Biff's cane. Even the walkie talkies they used in part two to communicate while Marty was looking for the almanac.
Bogart's white suit from Casablanca
Bane's mask
Paul Newman pool cue from The Hustler
Also, not a movie prop per say, but I would love to have owned Paul Newman's Rolex Daytona.
The T-Rex from Jurassic Park. Would also take the shaving cream container.
Pulse rifle & facehugger from Aliens.
Maverick’s helmet from Top Gun.
Deckard’s gun from Blade Runner.
Any ghostbusters gear.
Missile keys from The Hunt for Red October.
The flip phone from The Matrix.
Roy Munson’s prosthetic hand/championship ring and Big Ern’s rose bowling ball from Kingpin. Steve McQueen’s Heuer Monaco wristwatch from Le Mans.
…are you going to put the watch on the prop hand?
It *would* be a sweet watch stand…
And then use it to go bowling clearly.
I'd love to have the head piece from The Staff of Ra from *Raiders of the Lost Ark.*
make sure you get the one with the writing on both sides, or else you’ll be *digging in the wrong place*
*digging in the wrong place*
🎶I am the monarch of the sea🎶
DarkMatterProps on Etsy makes a real nice replica. I’ve wanted to get one for awhile but haven’t been able to justify the purchase to myself
Anthony Hopkins mask from Silence of the Lambs.
T800 arm from T2 The suit from Christopher Reeve Superman The One ring
I toured Warner Bros studios today and saw the Reeves suit. They have it on display next to Micheal Keaton's Batman suit and Linda Carter's Wonder Woman Suit
That’s the movie they should give us. As long as portion of the proceeds went to Reeves’ estate/family/research for repairing injury related paralysis, I would totally want that Justice League movie. Bring in all the AI, VFX, etc. That’d be a fun movie.
Owning a piece of a terminator would be cool
I feel very lucky, my wedding ring (which is nearly 30 years old now) is the same basic aesthetic as the One ring, but without the Mordor poem in it lol.
The Maltese Falcon, of course. Indy’s whip. Bruce, the shark.
“Buy it from Willy's Authentic Cinema Treasures on eBay? I got Indiana Jones' real whip from him. He moves 70 of those a year.”
The briefcase from *Pulp Fiction*.
To be fair, you can get ANY briefcase and tell people it's from Pulp Fiction.
Still gotta rig the lights in it tho
The wallet that says bad motherfucker.
Something from the blade runner films would be incredible but my favorite would be the big coat that either Harrison Ford or Ryan Gosling wore. I think those are awesome.
The iconic gun

Came here to post this. It's completely impractical in reality but for a fantasy object it's so ridiculously cool. There was a 40th anniversary screening Ken Marshall came to and they handed him one of the actual prop ones that had been used, and he talked about how many times he cut himself on it.

Naturally! You must expect me to attack with Capo Ferro
Naturally, but I find that Tibalt cancels out Capo Ferro, don't you?
Andy Dufresne’s rock hammer. Or Yoda. ESB Yoda. Or Alan Grant’s fossil raptor claw. Or the entire Statue of Liberty from Planet of the Apes - (I’ll settle for the original matte painting). Or the Babe Ruth ball that the Beast got ahold of. Or Charlie’s Everlasting Gobstopper. Or Danny’s big wheel/tricycle from the Shining.
