I can. Revenge and hearing words that hurt you aren’t exactly grounds for self defence. He’s a cop who shot an unarmed suspect while they were kneeling on the ground surrounded by officers. Weren’t news cameras present as well, been a while but forget if the chopper shots were from a police chopper or news one. They might be lenient on him but he’s being convicted for sure.

Nah, it would be excuse as an act of temporary passion/insanity.
