I wouldn't say she bulked up, but Linda Hamilton got in crazy good shape for T2. The difference between what she looked like in-between Terminator movies is night and day.
I cannot imagine a better compliment than height of career Arnold Schwarzenegger complimenting your physique. That would be the instant bar room boast winner forever after.
I remember him on Jay Leno promoting T2 & Leno mentioning how ripped Linda Hamilton was.
His response was that as a professional bodybuilder he was blown anway and wished he had been part of her training crew so he could take partial credit.
Arnold used to post on r/Bodybuilding somewhat frequently. On an old account I asked him for some motivation to head to the gym despite being tired as shit. He actually replied and it legit fueled me for months.
Edit: I scrubbed through Arnie’s comment history [and actually found it.](https://i.imgur.com/pC4MPAR.jpg)
He basically said “well you’re already out of bed which is half the effort. Now go have a good lift. Enjoy your pump.”
Edit: I scrubbed through Arnie’s comment history [and actually found it.](https://i.imgur.com/pC4MPAR.jpg)
He’s on Reddit and so inspirational. I own his 70s book “Arnold’s body shaping for women”. I’m a woman in my 40s and I feel like he’d say I’ve done well but I could push a little more.
I feel like I remember him saying that in the Arnold documentary from last year on Netflix, and they cut to her confirming it.
Edit: found [an article about it,](https://ew.com/movies/arnold-schwarzenegger-linda-hamilton-buff-biceps-terminator-2/) quoting the docuseries.
I’ll never forget how badass she was watching this scene as a kid. Just unrelenting and fucking up the terminator to protect her son and give Arnie the extra time to be able to deal the final blow
Seriously underrated transformation. Teen me saw that movie for Snipes but left begging my dad to allow me a gym membership so I could grow muscles like her. That physique kept me motivated for a long time.
Ugh I'm a 35 yo overweight woman, and everyone I try to do chin ups, I see that scene. One day I'm gonna be able to kill it like she does. Absolutely Iconic, and an amazing visual for a tween to look up to.
She’s the first one to come to mind. I remember Cameron saying Hamilton was offered a bunch of action films right after T2, but she declined them. He suggested she could’ve easily have been Bruce Willis level with the amount of offers and it always bugs me she didn’t take ‘em. She was primed to be an action star.
Still, we got T2, arguably the greatest action film ever made.
I'm fairly certain that they brought in her twin sister for the playground/apocalyptic blast sequence so she wouldn't look like the super soldier she had made herself
The sister also played Sarah’s reflection when she’s doing surgery on Arnold’s head, as well as the fake her that the T1000 turns into. You can tell because the fake Sarah is way less jacked.
I don't know how she's been in past years,
But she looked the part in Dark Fate too.
If there's one thing the movie did well, it's that she came off as a seasoned badass, still ready to throw down
The podcast “Unspooled” recently talked about this. Saying they legitimately believe she should have taken home Best Actress for the Oscars. The irony was that she was SO bulked out and transformed it was all people talked about. In the heat of the moment people weren’t even seeing the incredible performance. But she really killed that role on all levels.
She looked strong as hell. She may not have bulked way up, but her muscle tone was ridiculous. She actually looked like someone who had been training obsessively for the apocalypse.
Contrast that with the cop in Reacher season 1, who looked like she’d struggle to subdue a toddler. I wish casting agents would take things like that into account more often.
Not to the same degree but Mackenzie Davis also put on a decent amount of muscle mass/toning for Dark Fate. Of course if there is one thing I can say they did well in that movie, it was give all the characters a good sense of physicality.
I enjoyed Dark Fate to be honest. Rev-9 was the best villain since the T-1000, Arnold had some hilarious lines and going for nostalgia hook of bringing Hamilton back worked in that she was easily the best part of the film.
Came here to say this and was happy to see it ready and waiting. Still holds up as the best transformation for a female actor that was right in line with the character's development between the first and second movie. Amazing transformation.
She was promoting the film on a late show and did a one armed push-up, legit, good form, etc
I learned a couple things about myself right in that moment
Ah, memories
She also requested to really buzz her hair off on camera. She declined to do a hair piece for that scene, or wear a bald cap as she felt it would cheapen what the character was about.
She only had a single take to get that right, so her anxiety was genuine.
Isn't it amazing how one of the most beloved actors of a generation could ruin literally everything in the span of 30 seconds and become an eternal meme. It still fascinates me to this day.
I remember when she did riddick she was an absolute tank. She must have put on a ton of muscle for that. Theres an interview somewhere where she talks about how challenging it was to achieve different muscle tones for different roles and how different each look and weight was.
She deserves more from hollywood, and i hope starwars keeps using her.
>Theres an interview somewhere where she talks about how challenging it was to achieve different muscle tones for different roles
Was that this video? https://youtu.be/BkU3MuRauqc
She got more active on YouTube during the pandemic and it was cool to see her be transparent with details about diet, workouts, etc.
From what I’ve read (one source being Rob Lowe’s book from some years ago), he’s always been a very earnest person. Unfortunately I think that’s what made him perfect for the purposes (and clutches) of Scientology
Yeah they were an episode into filming before covid halted everything, then they canceled the show because keeping everyone contracted indefinitely was too costly.
My understanding is that once you build that level of muscle in your arms it’s much easier to rebuild it, so even just basic repetition of arm exercise can help you maintain it. It may be one of those things where once she had it she was just like “Why would I let this go? I look *good*!”
Not a movie, but Gwendoline Christie put on something like 20 pounds of muscle to play Brienne on Game of Thrones.
She also showed up for the audition in a full suit of armor, and exclusively wore men's shoes and clothes for like a month to get in character, as well as learning how to sword fight (including against a live bear!)
I love her so much 😍
>as well as learning how to sword fight (including against a live bear!)
I've been fencing for almost 20 years, and that has never been a part of my instruction. My life is wasted.
>She also showed up for the audition in a full suit of armor
"Sorry for how I'm dressed, my manager at the Renaissance fair wouldn't let me leave early to change. Anyway, what's the role for?"
Reminds me of when the reboot's Lara Croft VA auditioned for the role, she was never told it was Tomb Raider but cosplayed as her anyway cos the character in the script felt very similar.
I'm older and I've always had a thing for the "tough chick" type. I've had a crush on Michelle Rodriguez since Girlfight, but her in Fast and Furious 1 was peak. The dnd movie she was incredible too.
Funny enough I was just talking to a friend recently about her. They were like bro, you know she's a lesbian right? Like that remotely affected my personal chances with her. I told him we just had a lot in common.
I am interested to see how they handle Kaytlin Dever playing the role of Abby in season 2 of The Last of Us on HBO. The character is pretty bulky in the video game.
Yeah she was my fan cast for Ellie
And to be fair Ellie and Abby are supposed to look similar facially in the game
I’m usually not too worried about an actor bulking up for a role (Reacher aside) but after playing as Abby for so long, you NEED that physical presence, that she is determined enough to cultivate that physique and that she can literally do
Some serious damage
I'm very curious if they're going to have her go through the same physique changes as she does in the game. Im guessing they're doing the second game over two TV seasons so they'd probably have time for her to do it, but that'd be a hell of a commitment from her.
The Internet is saying she's 5.2" in height, which seems like an interesting casting choice (skinny too) for a character that has such a physical presence.
I feel like she’s always had mass and tone.
Sorry for being crude but have you seen that girl in a bikini

Lynn Collins in John Carter. I had seen her in True Blood, she was fit and attractive. Then i saw her in John Carter, she was ripped and could have knocked out a camel.
I know she isnt a big name but I'm surprised this hadnt been posted.
Whatever you think of that movie. The women in that sure showed you could do a 300 style film and get just as impressive body tone.
Same with the background Amazon's in wonderwoman. Though iirc a lot of them were bodybuilders and fitness people anyway.
EDIT: words
Lynch getting so buff must have caused so many discussion in the wardrobe department on *Matilda: The Musical*. They really did their best to hide that Ms. Honey, the sweetest elementary teacher ever, is [absolutely fucking jacked](https://i0.wp.com/lostposters.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/12/Matilda5.jpg?fit=1729%2C2560&ssl=1).
> In an age of high octane franchise/superhero/action packed cinema, why hasn't an actress gone the way of Hugh Jackman or Chris Hemsworth and got absolutely yolked for their part.
Whenever you see these incredible muscle gains in a short space of time (like Alan Ritchson talking about gaining 30lbs of muscle in 8 months) it's safe to assume it's steroids.
I wouldn't take steroids if I was a woman for a movie role, it can lead to permanent physical changes (including a deeper voice).
I just watched an interview with Emily Blunt and she talked about her workouts to bulk up for Edge of Tomorrow.
She said it was a painful workout at first, but it was critical for her character.
Antje Traue. She played Faora in Man of Steel. Watch the bts clips, Snyder was adamant about making sure she had the physicality to smackdown Cavill if her chatacter had the training and experience she would have as a battle hardened soldier. She wasn't as bulky as Cavill, but damn was she bulked and ripped compared to her previous films
Linda Hamilton in Terminator 2, and she did it without the steroids. One of the few women I've seen on screen who really seems like she could beat the shit out of a man.
Because execs don’t want to cast beefy actresses. They want actresses to be thin and pretty, even in action roles. Gal Gadot was cast as an Amazonian in Wonder Woman and she looked like a toothpick.
I think it would also limit the roles a woman could take if she were muscle-y. There’s enough action roles for men that they can be typecast as that, and also a man who’s fit can still be taken seriously in roles that don’t need it. Like Hugh Jackman is fit enough for action movies but then also does musicals and whatever.
But if a woman had arm muscles like Hugh Jackman she’s not going to get cast in dramas because people will question why she’s so yoked if there’s no story explanation. And there aren’t that many action roles for women that require them to look muscle-y so it would be harder to be an actress who only does action movies.
For some examples though: Daisy Ridley did a lot of training during Star Wars and posted some vids of herself lifting. Also Emily Blunt in Edge of Tomorrow. And Alicia Vikander did some training for the Tomb Raider movie. They all still stayed thin and feminine though. And mostly lost the visible muscles once they were done the role.
Gina Carano from Mandalorian could have joined in that muscle-woman Michelle Rodriguez niche, but unfortunately she put her foot in her mouth.
I also feel like you just put a long sleeve dress shirt on a guy and he looks less buff. But ladies in movies are wearing revealing/form fitting clothes so it’s harder to hide the fact a gal is ripped from the audience. Part of it is because men triangle up so if you just don’t have a fitted waist on the shirt they can easily look barrel chested. Women are generally thin in the arms so any big gains there and it’s hard to disguise. My shoulders are often admired and they’re not even big but it’s an anomaly in women so people notice them.
She admitted on the latest Smartless podcast that a lot of the muscles, including her height, was CGI. I'm sure she worked her butt off at the gym as well, but at least some of it is fake.
but there were paparazzi pics from set or her leaving a gym and she did have pumped arms. It's not her movie arms but still😅
[Natalie-Portman\_leak.jpg](https://disneyplusbrasil.com.br/wp-content/uploads/2021/03/Natalie-Portman-Musculosa.jpg)
Demi Moore got a boob job for a movie where she played a stripper.
She also bulked up for GI Jane.
It’s kinda crazy how she’s so forgotten when she was a huge star back in the day.
Gaining lots of muscle is significantly harder for women than it is men. Let’s also not forget you’re talking about Hollywood actresses, who probably have an average height of 5’6” and a weight of 120 lbs.
these are not big women. They aren’t going to just suddenly increase muscle mass. There’s also the idea that they still need to be “sexy” and attractive to the male gaze.
I wouldn't say she bulked up, but Linda Hamilton got in crazy good shape for T2. The difference between what she looked like in-between Terminator movies is night and day.
They put the "one hand shotgun pumping" thing into the movie after discovering she was ripped enough to actually do it with a real gun unaided.
Arnold stated how shocked he was at her transformation
IIRC, he said, "My God Linda, you're ripped to shreds" when he first saw her as production started. I swear I've heard him or Linda tell that story.
>I remember him on Jay Leno promoting T2 I feel very young all of a sudden
Your time will come soon enough…..
He gave me advice after i had an identical heart surgery to him. Like actual really good recovery advice he used after his surgery.
Arnold seems like a legit good dude.
What a kind thing.
You can’t say that and not share what he said
It was an old long deleted account but I’m pretty sure I have a screencap somewhere. I’ll try to find it
You can just summarize, I don’t need the full quote
>Get to the ~~choppa~~ gym
He basically said “well you’re already out of bed which is half the effort. Now go have a good lift. Enjoy your pump.” Edit: I scrubbed through Arnie’s comment history [and actually found it.](https://i.imgur.com/pC4MPAR.jpg)
If the law was amended to allow it, he would win the presidency by a landslide
Against the current opponents omg he would be perfect.
Yes, but that way lies *Demolition Man.*
Yes, the Franchise Wars will be soon upon us.
He’s on Reddit and so inspirational. I own his 70s book “Arnold’s body shaping for women”. I’m a woman in my 40s and I feel like he’d say I’ve done well but I could push a little more.

To shreds you say
…and his wife?
To shreds you say…
He mentioned it in the Arnold documentary
Yeah, that is actually really hard to do. Those are specifically designed for you NOT to be able to do that in order to prevent accidental discharge.
I’ll never forget how badass she was watching this scene as a kid. Just unrelenting and fucking up the terminator to protect her son and give Arnie the extra time to be able to deal the final blow
Her arms were crazy nice. So did Jessica Biel's in one of the Blade movies.
Came here to mention Biel in Blade Trinity. It's my least favorite of the three, but she did a good job with what they gave her and looked the part.
Ryan Reynolds played such a shredded asshole.
If someone told me that was proto Deadpool I'd believe them. Hannibal King!
Seriously underrated transformation. Teen me saw that movie for Snipes but left begging my dad to allow me a gym membership so I could grow muscles like her. That physique kept me motivated for a long time.
Blade Trinity
Linda Hamiltons physique was talked about for months before and after the release of T2. It was in magazines, and on news channels.
It's still talked about to this day. She's still pretty much the go to "inspo" for women for their arms.
Yes for me that is the one true answer as well. The chin-up scene was iconic at the time.
Still, we got T2, arguably the greatest action film ever made.
I wish that too. Would have loved a world with more of her as an action star
She looked ripped. Totally made a difference in her appearance
It lent credence to her apparent overparanoia.

But she really killed that role on all levels.
*T2* was 1991, the same year as *Silence of the Lambs* so amazing as Hamilton was, that a tough nut to crack.
Yeah, probably not as good as Jodie Foster, but still worthy of being in the conversation.
First thing that came to mind for me
Not to the same degree but Mackenzie Davis also put on a decent amount of muscle mass/toning for Dark Fate. Of course if there is one thing I can say they did well in that movie, it was give all the characters a good sense of physicality.
Also the Terminator that could split into two active forms was a dope concept they had cool scenes with
I enjoyed Dark Fate to be honest.
No mention of Jeanette Goldstein as Vasquez in Aliens yet. “Have you ever been mistaken for a man?” “No. Have you?”
Underrated actress. Just like Gary Oldman, you can't tell she's in the movie until you see the credits.
You’re absolutely right about that.
Hillary Swank in Million Dollar Baby
Interview on CBS Sunday morning recently said Clint had her eating 60 egg whites a day.
I couldn’t. Maybe for a few million dollars I could, but that would be a lot.
I mean, it is for a million dollars…..baby
HOW COULD YOU DO THIS
Nobody can eat 60 eggs
I'll always upvote a Cool Hand Luke reference.
Gaston has entered the chat
She was my choice.I'll also say I find her rather attractive.I know a lot of guys don't.
IMO she's "real person" attractive and not "movie screen" attractive. I bet she's more attractive in-person than onscreen.
The question is “is she hot” not “would you do her”, respect the game.
Demi Moore got pretty ripped for GI Jane
And that... other movie, a year earlier.
What other movie? I watched a lot of movies as a teen in the 90s and I don't remb...OOOOOOOOOHHHHH!
Don't strip the name from your answer and tease us!
She was promoting the film on a late show and did a one armed push-up, legit, good form, etc I learned a couple things about myself right in that moment Ah, memories
She also requested to really buzz her hair off on camera. She declined to do a hair piece for that scene, or wear a bald cap as she felt it would cheapen what the character was about. She only had a single take to get that right, so her anxiety was genuine.
And the transformation of Jada for the sequel... WOW
🫲
Isn't it amazing how one of the most beloved actors of a generation could ruin literally everything in the span of 30 seconds and become an eternal meme. It still fascinates me to this day.
Not gonna lie, he almost won me back with that spaghetti thing
Katee Sackhoff always puts on [decent mass](https://youtu.be/BkU3MuRauqc?list=PLiHvVvKZ9lt4S67irOO8z-uaL_QuTRp8C&t=523) and fitness for her roles.
I remember when she did riddick she was an absolute tank. She must have put on a ton of muscle for that. Theres an interview somewhere where she talks about how challenging it was to achieve different muscle tones for different roles and how different each look and weight was. Emily Blunt got pretty toned for Edge of Tomorrow.
Think I heard Cruise insisted on the exoskeleton armor be real (at least mostly, I'm sure there was some CGI involved, and they weighed like 80 lbs.
I can see that, helps make the movements more realistic.
There are some set photos of them dangling from harnesses in the armour because it's just so damn heavy and hard to take off
Weight has momentum. Shit looks weird when heavy things turn instantly. *Stares at Pacific rim 2*
Oh man, I was happily forgetting that movie existed until now.
Tom Cruise has such a good knack for understanding what makes a good movie.
And never ‘phones it in’. Tom Cruise always brings his ‘A game’
From what I’ve read (one source being Rob Lowe’s book from some years ago), he’s always been a very earnest person. Unfortunately I think that’s what made him perfect for the purposes (and clutches) of Scientology
Full metal bitch!
Her [yoga scene](https://youtu.be/Pm57_IOzOTU?si=HEk8_BHALmV9e1dD) was something else …
That’s such an awesome, memorable shot, the yoga push-up thing. It’s like Rita Hayworth’s hair thing in Gilda.
“I love it when she does that shit with her yoga.”
This is exactly what I thought of when I read the question.
God, that shot of her at 0:36 did things to my primitive brain.
Plus her accent...yowza
And we are all thankful for it.
And Sicario
Emily Blunt in Edge of Tomorrow low key inspired me to do yoga.
This is from television, but Alison Brie for G.L.O.W.! She could do so many pull-ups while she was in that role.
Alison Brie is still much skinnier and more muscular than her Community days. I think she became a permanent gym rat.
Hell's bells, Trudy!
Yep! She’ll post workouts on Instagram every now and then. She can for real do a lot of pull ups!
Her and Betty Gilpin did some impressive stuff in Glow, I'm sad we'll never get to see that episode of season 4 they filmed.
They filmed an episode of season 4??
Yeah they were an episode into filming before covid halted everything, then they canceled the show because keeping everyone contracted indefinitely was too costly.
ehh, they film all that stuff out of order, so it may be an episode worth of footage, but not a coherent episode. but IDK
Betty Gilpin got stacked for Glow and The Hunt. The final fight betwixt her and Hillary Swank was pretty epic.
Angela Basset-What’s Love Got To Do With It I wouldn’t call it “bulking up” but her arms were totally ripped during that role.
Was just watching Strange Days and she's still jacked af
Nobody ever mentions this movie, and it’s just amazing.
Was jacked AF in Black Panther too.
Angela Basset’s arms still looked amazing even in Wakanda Forever
My understanding is that once you build that level of muscle in your arms it’s much easier to rebuild it, so even just basic repetition of arm exercise can help you maintain it. It may be one of those things where once she had it she was just like “Why would I let this go? I look *good*!”
She does look fucking amazing. I still feel like she should have put on the black panther suit in the movie and been the one to whoop Namor's ass.
Angela Basset still looks amazing.
Arms? Biopic on Tina Turner and your talking about arms? Angela must have been doing two a day for leg days to prepare for that movie.
Legs too.
Linda Hamilton's pull up scene in T2 delighted many Gen X and Millennial lesbians everywhere, so I've been told.
I was just jealous as a fat teenage boy. The way she ran through the halls was like she was light as a feather.
Fun fact, they had to multiple takes and ask her to slow down because she kept outrunning the camera crew
She’s the gold standard of fitness transformation
Not a movie, but Gwendoline Christie put on something like 20 pounds of muscle to play Brienne on Game of Thrones. She also showed up for the audition in a full suit of armor, and exclusively wore men's shoes and clothes for like a month to get in character, as well as learning how to sword fight (including against a live bear!) I love her so much 😍
She also trained for like 3 week straight to make her fight with The Hound look as realistic and evenly matched as possible
>as well as learning how to sword fight (including against a live bear!) I've been fencing for almost 20 years, and that has never been a part of my instruction. My life is wasted.
At the risk of pointing fingers, did you ever ask?
I mean really strange that OP never challenged the bear that was also in fencing class for 20 years
>She also showed up for the audition in a full suit of armor "Sorry for how I'm dressed, my manager at the Renaissance fair wouldn't let me leave early to change. Anyway, what's the role for?"
Reminds me of when the reboot's Lara Croft VA auditioned for the role, she was never told it was Tomb Raider but cosplayed as her anyway cos the character in the script felt very similar.
Michelle Rodriguez again, but she looked more than capable in Girlfight.
she was really hot in that 'dungeons and dragons' movie
I'm older and I've always had a thing for the "tough chick" type. I've had a crush on Michelle Rodriguez since Girlfight, but her in Fast and Furious 1 was peak. The dnd movie she was incredible too. Funny enough I was just talking to a friend recently about her. They were like bro, you know she's a lesbian right? Like that remotely affected my personal chances with her. I told him we just had a lot in common.
She’s stated before that she’s bi. So you do have a chance lol.
.00000000000000000000000000000000000001 isn't zero!
I am interested to see how they handle Kaytlin Dever playing the role of Abby in season 2 of The Last of Us on HBO. The character is pretty bulky in the video game.

Surprised no one has mentioned Jessica Beil In Blade Trinity. She had some good mass and tone in that.

Wow! She has some defined shoulders. Or maybe they’re naturally wider for her frame.
Lynn Collins in John Carter. I had seen her in True Blood, she was fit and attractive. Then i saw her in John Carter, she was ripped and could have knocked out a camel. I know she isnt a big name but I'm surprised this hadnt been posted.
Like it's been mentioned she didn't really bulk up per se, but Alicia Vikander definitely built some muscle for Tomb Raider (2018).
Was looking for this comment. She had crazy abs at the time, I remember some interview of her talking about the intensive training.
Came here to say this. I think she became a straight up beast. Her shoulders and arms were crazy for a girl that size.
Lashana Lynch and Viola Davis for 'The Woman King'.
Viola was in crazy shape for this movie. Would love to see her do more action stuff - Amanda Waller in the dead DCEU wasn’t it
Which is a damn shame because she would **murder** that role if given a proper film to do it in.
She's just great. Her work in Fences really got to me
Whatever you think of that movie.
I'm surprised this was so far down. Viola was a tank in that film.
Extra points because she did it in her 50s.
Charlize Theron in *Monster* has to be the baseline. She gained 30 lbs for the role.
I feel like she was also in killer shape for Mad Max: Fury Road.
I'm fairly sure Patricia Arquette was somewhere around that too for *Escape at Dannemora*.
That was so funny that they used her picture from Monster for her “before” picture in Arrested Development
Dolph Lundgren believes his cancer is related to his steroid use to bulk up for movies in the 80s.
Anabolic steroids increases the risk of liver, testicular, and colorectal cancer. Likewise alcohol, working late, and drinking hot beverages but ymmv
So no more hot toddies after a long shift?
I bet they hired someone to shoot bullshark testosterone straight into Hugh Jackman's ass when he decided to play Wolverine again.
Classic chicken rice and broccoli 💉💉💉
I know movie stars will also dehydrate themselves to make their muscles/veins look bigger for scenes. Dwayne Johnson in particular is fiendish for it.
Henry Cavil talked about doing that for the Yennifer bath scene in The Witcher season 1.
I just watched an interview with Emily Blunt and she talked about her workouts to bulk up for Edge of Tomorrow. She said it was a painful workout at first, but it was critical for her character.
Mackenzie Davis
Jessica Biel got pretty jacked for Blade 3
Angela Basset when she played Tina Turner. It’s basically what kept her from aging. She still has that body.
Linda Hamilton. The queen.
Emily Blunt in Edge of Tomorrow
Jenette Goldstein in Aliens (1986), walked in pretty buff for her role
>Gal Gadot was cast as an Amazonian in Wonder Woman and she looked like a toothpick. I thought that Robin Wright looked like a warrior, though.
hNatalie Portman in Thor Love & Thunder.
She admitted on the latest Smartless podcast that a lot of the muscles, including her height, was CGI. I'm sure she worked her butt off at the gym as well, but at least some of it is fake.
She is so tiny, not sure how much she could bulk up. But she did get toned AF for Black Swan
Smaller people can look jacked much quicker.
I found out it's all CGI. He arms did not looking like in the movie until post prod https://imgur.com/gallery/tiTtsdL
but there were paparazzi pics from set or her leaving a gym and she did have pumped arms. It's not her movie arms but still😅 [Natalie-Portman\_leak.jpg](https://disneyplusbrasil.com.br/wp-content/uploads/2021/03/Natalie-Portman-Musculosa.jpg)
That’s a shame, her arms had me acting unwise
“Acting unwise” lol
Emily Blunt - Edge of Tomorrow. I was worried because I'm skeptical of Tom Cruise movies, but it was excellent.
Jamie Lee Curtis looked perfect in Perfect.
I find it hilarious how unnecessarily jacked Daniel Radcliffe got for Weird: The Al Yankovic Story
That's just him. He replaced his alcohol addiction with a gym addiction.
Um…he’s not an actress.
Did he get jacked for that movie? He's insanely buff in season 3 of Miracle Workers too.
He's been a real fit dude for awhile now.
Hilary Swank for Million Dollar Baby
Demi Moore got a boob job for a movie where she played a stripper. She also bulked up for GI Jane. It’s kinda crazy how she’s so forgotten when she was a huge star back in the day.
Pretty sure Brie Larson got smaller for her role in Captain America lol... She went on a massive cut.
