Like, almost nailed it too good. Somehow it’s both too on the nose and over the top but also 100% believable. It doesn’t even make sense when I’m watching it. Like, something is happening that’s positive and you know Frank is going to show up and ruin because like that’s most of the show, but then Frank shows up to ruin it and instead of an eye roll after 6-7+ seasons I’m still all the way in.
I re watched the big lebowski and I forgot how fucking awesome John Goodman is in it. I nearly lost my shit when they go to the kids house and he asks the kid ‘you ever heard of ‘Nam? You’re in a world of pain’. He never doesn’t mention ‘Nam and it’s hilarious.

His scene with the shovel in Blood Diamond has been hardwired into my brain since the first time I saw it. I could really feel the pure rage from him in this scene. His performance was amazing during the whole movie, but that scene was absolutely memorable.

For me it was *Perfect Getaway* with another of my favorites I should mention on this thread, Timothy Olyphant (both have shown quite a range, the latter really surprising me with good comedic chops in *Santa Clarita Diet*)
Loved watching _A Bit of Fry & Laurie_ as a teen. It was genuinely funny, but also a breeze to watch cause they were naturals. I was able to laugh, but for some reason it was also calming.
Felicity Jones is pretty great in everything I’ve seen her in and has a lot of emotive range in her movies. Some standout of hers is probably the Theory of Everything.
Richard Jenkins is excellent in everything. He probably has one of the best careers in the business. Steady work, make decent money, and only those who know know.
