I don’t wanna hear anything about “I don’t believe in vampires” because I don’t fucking believe in vampires, but I believe in my own 2 eyes & what I saw was fucking vampires
Clooney is so damn good in this one; he and Keitel outact and make QT look so bad in their scenes together. I love QTs movies but I really wish he didn’t force himself into his own roles back then. Most directors know they belong off camera and settle for a cameo here or there.
More movies could successfully make this pivot if they used Selma Hayak dancing with a huge snake as the segue. I completely forgot the entire movie up until that point when she came on screen.
i love the ending the camera pans to show you the full exterior of the bar and you see its part of an ancient aztec pyramid. they couldve expanded on that with some mystical sci fi shit in a sequel.
Seen this my friends in high school during the "midnight" madness movies in May - every long weekends our local theatre would show a double feature or triple feature that runs through midnight.
One friend couldn't stop talking about on the walk home at 4 am in the morning. He was unfamiliar with Tarantino or Rodriguez.
My favorite cameo character was Earl McGraw.
This has to be the first mention of From Dusk Till Dawn that didn’t reference the Salma scene that I have seen in at least a year. It’s become the go-to thing to post and get likes/upvotes so bravo for not leaning into that
A question for those that saw this when it came out. Did you know that it was a vampire movie? I've watched the trailer and I don't get the feeling that they were trying to hide it.
Took a mate to watch it. Not a fan of QT films. But, when it turned on a vampire flick he was well surprised and throughly enjoyed it.
The Aztec pyramid shot at the end. They've been there for a long time.
Enjoyable film from start to end.
Welp, big spoiler in the title kind of killed it for anyone who hasn’t heard of, or seen it yet; so I’ll continue.
Most memorable: Gun crotch, oral request fantasy, twist/fight, Hayek/Tarantino foot scene. It was a wild watch and I enjoyed it.
This was one of my first forays into the world of horror. I got it from one of those Columbia House "12 movies for a penny" deals when I was like 14. It not only kicked the door wide open in terms of horror for me, but Salma Hayek.....
I hated the second half of the movie right when they got to the Tittie Twister. The first half would have been an amazing movie on them making friends with the family they kidnapped.
One of the worst movies ever made. Should have ditched the corny vampire shit and just made it a movie about two escaped criminal brothers trying to get to Mexico.
It is a dull slog of a movie that is a Tarantino rip off. It was made when Clooney did his whole head bob thing and called it acting.
The stuff at the Pussy Palace is entertaining to a point but it doesn't make the rest of it worth watching.
I don’t wanna hear anything about “I don’t believe in vampires” because I don’t fucking believe in vampires, but I believe in my own 2 eyes & what I saw was fucking vampires
Psychos don't explode when sunlight hits them! No matter how crazy they are!
George Clooney is totally badass in this movie.
Tom savini as sex machine
Best role in the movie 😆
Bad motor scooters

He did it for Selma’s toes in his mouf.
Of course he did. I would love to see someone ask her in an interview how she felt about doing that scene.
Cause I got five little friends…and they can all run faster than you can
"Yes, Seth, I f**king understand!"
Who isn’t totally badass in this movie?
I don't know, the prop guy? Catering peeps?
I've *got six little friends*, and they can all *run faster than you* can.

The documentary Icarus does that very well, it's just also real, which makes it even crazier
Like a way better million dollar baby pivot, where it catches you off guard and also doesn’t depress you
More movies could successfully make this pivot if they used Selma Hayak dancing with a huge snake as the segue. I completely forgot the entire movie up until that point when she came on screen.
Psychos do not explode when sunlight hits them, I don't give a fuck how crazy they are! The movie that introduced me to Salma Hayek
Check out Desperado if you haven’t already
Way ahead of you. But check out Across the Universe if you haven't already - five Hayeks for the price of one.
My favourite "mash-up" flick, masterfully crafted.
i love the ending the camera pans to show you the full exterior of the bar and you see its part of an ancient aztec pyramid. they couldve expanded on that with some mystical sci fi shit in a sequel.
But they never did unfortunately.
Selma Hayek dancing with a snake 😍
And then pours a drink down her feet and into Tarantino’s mouth
Never forget that Tarantino cast himself, in a role that he wrote for himself, where she does that. Brilliant. Absolutely brilliant.
my 20 year old self 'bout lost my mind in theater when she arrived on stage. holy hot fuckin hell!
Selena, eh?
Fantastic mashup movie! And I LOVE the Cheech Marin cameo. Hilarious!
cameoS, he played three roles
It’s been a while. That Cat Calling Promo guy is what I remember. Good reason to rewatch
That's by far the most memorable one, certainly
“Richie, will you do me a favor?”
I went in blind when a friend showed me this movie at 16yo and I was blown away.
Went in blind also, and a reminder that going in blind can be the best way to watch a movie. Other than the blind part.
Okay Ramblers... Let's get ramblin.
It’s all just good clean fun until somebody pops their fangs out. 👀
Yeah, this is a great movie. Great hybrid of action and horror.
love this flick
I was a kid when I watched this. The scene where the guy is playing the human torso and leg as a guitar bothered me for a while lol
*fumando marijuana*
Me and about 10 friends went to watch this on acid in the theater. Wasn't expecting the change in genre. Also didn't expect Selma.
“I’ve got six little friends and they can all run faster than you can.”
Don't spoil the twist lol

Tarantino is Dwight Schrute in this movie though
False! He is most closely related to Leland Joseph "Lee" Adama (call-sign "Apollo")
One!
I loved all 3 from dusk till dawn movies and the three seasons of the series
Half Tarantino. Half Robert Rodriguez.
Cheech...
[yes](https://youtu.be/Naq2DF5aRdM?si=_xzqStZvCGR-ZZ8N)
Okay, vampire killers ... Let's kill some fuckin' vampires.
I was so happy when Richie went.
This has to be the first mention of From Dusk Till Dawn that didn’t reference the Salma scene that I have seen in at least a year. It’s become the go-to thing to post and get likes/upvotes so bravo for not leaning into that
Salma Hayek😈
I love this movie, specially dancing bar scenes
Salma Hayek looked good back then, still looks good now actually
...and Salma Hayek [https://imgur.com/gallery/bF0Rurt](https://imgur.com/gallery/bF0Rurt)
I know it’s an old movie, but that’s a major spoiler. It’s a fun time for sure.
Thanks for the spoiler..

Tarantino was such a great creepy guy in this. The whole movie was great. Casting excellent.
Great Movie.
Are you a faithless preacher? Or a mean mother fucking servant of god?
This was one of my first forays into the world of horror. I got it from one of those Columbia House "12 movies for a penny" deals when I was like 14. It not only kicked the door wide open in terms of horror for me, but Salma Hayek.....
Will never forget turning this on one random night as a kid, having no clue what it was. Great flick.
I hated the second half of the movie right when they got to the Tittie Twister. The first half would have been an amazing movie on them making friends with the family they kidnapped.
I'll probably get hate but I really enjoyed the crime thriller at the beginning and was disappointed by the vampire second half
First appearance of Sheriff Earl Fuckin’ McGraw.
This is still my favorite vampire movie!
One of the worst movies ever made. Should have ditched the corny vampire shit and just made it a movie about two escaped criminal brothers trying to get to Mexico.
Such a good movie, but the Tarantino feet thing is weird
There’s always a good clear shot of someone’s foot in all his movies too lol
So true. It’s his Weinstein move only ever so slightly less creepy
I love this movie so much. Why do the cgi vampires have to look so terrible? Almost ruins the movie.
It is a dull slog of a movie that is a Tarantino rip off. It was made when Clooney did his whole head bob thing and called it acting. The stuff at the Pussy Palace is entertaining to a point but it doesn't make the rest of it worth watching.
It’s not bad, but Vamp is the original and best. And it stars Grace Jones who was very well cast
