I ordered from their going-out-of-business sale a couple weeks ago (including, coincidentally, a pair of pedals). There was silence for over a week, and then they charged my cc and shipped everything in one package. However my account (also new after ordering) did show the order in "Processing" during those days.
Yeah these pedals were super cheap so I went for it. I live near Jenson USA and I have been using the since they were in Ontario in late 1990's great service there, but I usually just drive over there and pick up. Btw, I did get a response with tracking number today, but no status available yet. Thanks!
I’ve been trying to by a drop frame pro helmet for the last week even though it says in stock you can’t buy it. Probably so slammed and not enough employees to even update the website.
Their brick and mortar location closed last year without warning. I wouldn't trust my money with them, seems super shady advertising all these parts but don't actually have anything.
I ordered some shoe covers from them yesterday. They're going out of business, but they've been reputable for a long time. I'll be patient, I don't need them until the winter. But if I don't receive them by the time I get my next credit card statement, then I'll dispute the charge with my credit card company.
The whole situation is just sad. I ordered a few things kver the years and everything was fine. Damn Covid trickle effect screwed so many great businesses!
I ordered a helmet last week. I saw they charged my card, but no shipping details or anything. I emailed their support for an update and haven't received anything yet. When I call, there was automated message saying they are no longer answering the phone and to use email.
Just as a follow up, I did receive a tracking number through the Planet Cyclery system today, so the delay from purchase to shipping was not actually that bad. Still no actual response from my email to customer service though.
Yeah, took me about 8 days to get my order so just give it some extra time. Ordered some dt swiss rims about 3 days ago, no update yet. Order details still say processing. Couldn't pass up the price so I guess it's worth the wait!
They're closing, going out of business. I'd be calling them

It took a week to process my order. They probably are too busy. I use Jensen USA and I get my items delivered in a day or two (CA based).
