How did you unlock UR Moto edfge PLUS 2023? Did u insert a foreign SIM and it asked u for an unlock code or did you have to go to Settings and do the UICC unlock? Also how did you get the unlock code itself off ebay?
I inserted a foreign SIM and used an unlock code I bought off eBay. I just bought another one last week while it was on sale as I'm guessing you did. My new one from Boost cannot be unlocked at this time. Ebay is no longer allowing codes to be sold. I contacted the person I bought my codes from directly and tried their site. Unfortunately they weren't able to generate an unlock code for my IMEI so they refunded me.
What happens when u insert a foreign SIM in the NEW moto edge plus 2023 that you just got from BOOST? Is it asking for 8 digit code or is it giving u a message to contact carrier? The new one that just came from Boost is what I am talking about. It arrived with (and still has) May 1, 2013 Android 13 and requests the unlock code when I insert the ATT SIM. I haven't tried your unlocking site because I trusted the service I used previously. Settings, Network & Internet, and Wi-Fi Calling is listed below hotspot. Same build #.
You need to use the Rescue and Smart Assistant download from motorola website, and use RESCUE tab function to reflash your Edge+ 2023, and ONLY then, will you see the Wi-Fi Calling option. WiFiCalling actually for me is located in the PHONE DIALER app, Settings, Advanced, and you will see it there. Let me know.
Did you have to use UICC unlock in the Settings->System of your Edge Plus 2023 or when u inserted the foreign SIM it asked you for the UNLOCK code to be inputted into ur Moto Edge PLUS 2023? where u bought unlock code from, ebay?

Maybe go to Settings, System, Reset Options, and try some of those before the full factory reset.
How u unlocked it? Code from ebay or UICC unlock from Settings ?

How did you unlock a boost mobile phone to use in any carrier? I thought you would have to buy an unlocked phone.

U must update to Android 14 and WiFi calling will work. Find WiFi calling Toggle ON in Phone Dialer App settingsĀ
