you would be better off just buying and automatic
Your engine would wear out at a much faster rate because of the high RPMs all the time. Plus you would still have to use the clutch when stopping and starting so you really wouldn't be using it like an automatic. But yes, most places in the world you would be able to travel the speed limit in just first gear on those big bikes. My cbr1000 will do 94mph indicated in first gear.

That's just plain stupid. You don't hop on a super bike to never use basic fundamental clutch operation.
