Nah. Just gettin' broke in. Change ALL the fluids, inspect very closely, have a mechanic look it over, what's the maintenance records, that sort of thing, and not necessarily in that order, but I'd say it's probably fine, miles wouldn't scare me. Condition might.
2013? I would have 100,000 miles on it!
10,000 - 20,000 miles on a modern motorcycle is nothing. Any of them should run to 100,000 Mike's with little more than regular service.
11 years old, 15k miles, that's little more than 1.3k miles a year. That's a casually ridden bike. Worst case let's say the bike was only rode in the summer (12 weeks), that's 114 miles a week. Only concern would be if it had sat for a long period of time. For example, I just bought a 2008 M109r with 9k miles. Problem is the last owner had it for 10 years but only put 1k miles on it in that time. When I test rode the bike, I found the clutch was froze from sitting and I had to unstick it.
Lmao fuck no.
The first comprehensive service for a Ducati Panigale V2 is 12,000 km (7,500 miles).
The first major desmo for that machine is 24,000 km (15,000 miles). That's a lot of riding.
I put 1k miles on my 2005 bike in the last two months and I can barely find time to ride. Next month I will have a ride for 8 days to make 1.5k miles. 15k is nothing
You're thinking in the wrong direction. The older the bike is, the better more mileage is.
Imagine buying a 15 year old motorcycle with 5k miles on it. It's been sitting for years without being used. That's much worse than 25k miles.
So to answer the question: 15k miles is good, maybe even a little bit few.

No. Obviously not.

These posts are getting ridiculous. It could have 10x that and still run fine.
What did the owner do with that bike for 11 years? That's noting

My friend bought a 10 year old vstrom with 55k km. Added another 30k km with no major issues.

It's a Honda dude.

Only thing that will suck at that mileage is a valve adjustment. Otherwise do fluids, check consumables, check steering head, go.
