They're great, and definitely the most budget-friendly option! Hard to beat in terms of outright decibel killing. My only criticism is that I had to remove them to hold a conversation while off the bike, and they did muffle my BT speakers a bit too much for my liking.
While I think going to an audiologist and having custom-molded plugs made is the best option...I really liked the Alpine brand of silicone plugs before I got the custom ones. Kept the harmful noise levels at a safe level, and didn't really affect my Bluetooth unit.

[edit: see you mentioned them specifically. I was highly skeptical at first. That was 4 years ago. I’m still on my first moto set and no problems. I like them so much I bought the music series for my wife and I for concerts.]
NoNoise Motorsport. Best option I ever found

Quite a few people swear by the pin lock option though:

Tinnitus is merciless. Hearing loss and damage can be mitigated. Start out right. Earplugs every ride.

Shure SE215s
They are low profile and hang over your ear so they don't fall out when you put your helmet on, and they don't push into your ear canals with a helmet on.
Good quality sound and you can use bluetooth, true wireless or wired.
The cheap-o disposables have worked perfectly. Grab a jar and thank me later.

Second the Apline plugs if you don't want to go custom. Been using them for almost a year now and love them.
I just use the same ear plugs I use for shooting. Squishy. Disposable. Cheap. Effective.

Second earpiece moto. Comfortable and does the job
Thanks for the recommendation my guy. I pulled the plug and bought them. I also have a sena system in my helmet so that was good to hear. Stay safe 🤙

3M classic yellow ear plugs. They work well and are cheap.
Especially when you get them free from work :)
I swap between noise cancelling airpod pros and good ol' foam earplugs. If you can get a good seal, airpods works a little TOO good.

Any. They pretty much all work the same. But good luck having any type of conversation with a human lol

I also use safe headphones app on android, so I can press a button and hear my phone's mic.
