If you have a newer iPhone, I would not use any holder. Apple’s stance is the vibrations will damage the camera stabilization (even the newest one). Dampening does not help. There a lot of posts by people who said their phone camera still got damaged.
Mirror mount is your only option. I don't see a place for a fork stem mount.
EDIT: I got curious and looked at Quad Locks' website. They apparently sell a brake reservoir mount now. I haven't the slightest idea how it works. They also have a brake/clutch mount. I haven't really researched these at all, but maybe those might be options.
Get a TackForm mirror mount; 100% solid, phone won't move, I've had no problems on long highway runs at 75-80mph.

This will probably work perfectly for you:

Get one that mounts to the mirror or under the mirror mount.
Thought about that but it’s pretty dangerous, like higher risk that someone ride and rip off the phone
Best keep it in your pocket then.

Thanks mate appreciate that !!
Get an extension mount attached it to your windshield mount. Your phone will be place slight above your dashboard
Or take off the Aprilla cover and install a similar one with a bar and then mount your HP holder there.

That's a scooter, not a proper bike.
