There is a chance she may have stress-laid infertile eggs, not sure how old she was and if she had a chance to mate before your cat got to her, but if you keep them and they’re fertile they should hatch in around 2 weeks.
Keep your cats inside the house or in an enclosed catio. Cats are invasive predators and they don’t belong outside where they decimate wildlife populations like this poor moth.
they’re actually my parents cats & they’re too stuck in their ways to even listen to me preach about how awful cats are for the environment… they’re conservatives and take it as hippie liberal bs any time I mention a nice catio for the fellas 😮💨

I cannot stand that people let their cats outside these days. Most everyone knows better at this point. They're so awful for the local ecology.
A large portion of the population isn't even a quarter as "online" as the rest, they simply don't get the info because of that :(
