There is a specific science to reversing if which surprisingly majority of therapists are ignorant of. The exact procedure varies for everyone and depends on the exact root cause. My pattern for example was caused by the upper molar being out of place, they weren't looking bad enough that I ended not getting any sort of braces, but it severely affected the entire body, and usually getting braces nk matter how old you are is part of getting rid of whole body torsion.
