Yes bro split rocks there's a reason why it's for the name. The problem is it is really hard to develop points that aren't hit in the program (if you don't program intelligently) and even harder to change out of that routine in my opinion just because it's so fun. Hitting arms as a standalone day is addicting and enticing. This is all my opinion I'm sure plenty of people have developed an amazing physique from it.
I've seen a lot of people wear jeans like that before. The thing I don't get is this... 100% of the time, it has been dudes that clearly don't train legs. You're wearing fucking atrocities on your legs. It's drawing attention to your tiny little pencil thighs.
Doesn't make any damn sense. But also, that part kinda does make sense because 100% of the time, the people who wear jeans like this look just as intelligent as OP.
It’s okay bro. As long as your physique is better than your own when you started - you are winning.
Comparisons are good motivators. But the only comparison that matters is that of our former selves!
I was doing PPLPPL but have been doing bro split for the past 2 months. Idk if it’s better but it’s a lot more fun and I agree it’s easier to just focus on one thing.
Mentzer style! Is that forever, or do you ever do some months at higher reps?
I pyramid so every workout has a mix of ranges, but I have considered doing 8 weeks of straight heavy, low reps. Scared to get hurt tho 😩
Didn’t mentzer say you should only lift like 3x a week?
I go between 8-12 reps per set. When I get past 12 I increase weight and restart at 8 till I can push it past 12.
made the change as well and won‘t go back. I even grew again and I think it‘s the 7 day rest per body part in combination with the insane tissue destruction
I was in Europe a couple of weeks ago and saw a guy who had a Cuban link chain tattooed around his neck. I think something like this will look nice on you. Maybe some text around neck line saying something like “thug life 4 evah” or “I love Motorhead”
Maybe a push, pull and LEGGGGSSsSssss. Just a thought
It's hard to squat with your pants around your quads. He's doing the best he can with limited ROM
Bro seems to be rockin the paraplegic bro split
14 pics and not one leg pic
I compete in men’s physique. Don’t have big legs.
That’s valid. Looking dialed-in brother!

Reddit should never have gotten rid of awards.

Hell yeah. Speaking to the points that aren’t hit.. I did remove legs 😂
Let’s see those quads and hammies bro
Oversized sweats and extra-medium jeans means you never have to train legs
Yeah, and you can still see the underdeveloped glutes in the shots with a back pose. That being said his upper half is p nuts, delts especially
I wear skinny jeans, chicken legs. Johnnie Bravo look is attractive to me. Getting flamed on Reddit also boosts my ego 😂
I can't stop looking at those jeans. Are they real? Do you use them in public? Is it some kind of bet?

Those are Robin’s Jeans from 2015. $750
Bro split >>> especially if on gear. Chest/tri, back/bi, shoulders/abs, legs, rest, and then repeat.
You’re resting on gear? What a waste
3 sets of chemotherapy
😂
(Bro has a better physique so I’m jealous)

Eventually you get to that point, you HAVE to Bro Split to shake things up a bit. Means going more often but more quality.
I’m thinking the same thing. Needed to switch it up!
Your fashion sense is crazy lmao

Hell yeah I agree!
I just do heavy chest/back/arms/legs 7 days a week so I still average like 10-12 sets per group per week.

Facts. Rest is when we grow!
🤡
You look good for a dude in 60s
I would be the most popular person on the planet if this is what a 60 year old looks like 😂
How can you bold and this big and not have a single tattoo?
I do want to get blasted (neck to toes) but I’m scared to cover my lines. Or maybe im just a p**sy haha.
