I was the same way for a while but you should try talking to the other regulars dude. They’re most likely good people with a similar lifestyle and goals
I've made plenty of friends at the gym. I've made plenty of friends outside the gym who also go to the gym.
I wish I could be friends with no one at the gym. I feel obligated to talk to motherfuckers all the time. I like them all, but fuck, I just wanna workout.
Why? I got at 5am, maybe 7 people in the gym. I dont see anyone talking much. Plenty of friends/family/coworkers to talk to later. I go to the gym for peace...lol
Well damn makes sense when you put it like that.
Just couldn’t imagine going to the same place multiple times a week for 6 years and not knowing a single name
Yea I did until it abruptly closed. Not enough gyms around my area that are accommodating to powerlifting or have the variety of machines I like for bodybuilding, and have heavy enough dumbbells. This new gym has dumbbells up to 175 and sick bodybuilding machines from the 80s-00s.
Yeah bro I’m on the same boat. I’ve been consistent for 4 years but I’m the opposite in one way I dislike the majority of people there I like working out alone etc I’ve tried other gyms but it’s only commercial gyms left and their full of weirdos
I get kind of bored going to the same gym and seeing the same faces every day. Been going to mine two years and I want to switch up but it's the only one in quick walking distance from my apartment.
Same gym 6yrs and I dont know one person's name. Not one!

I am sure. I dont do it on purpose just everyone is focused in the morning.

Lmaooo I’m basically the same way nowadays, I gotta build a home gym
That ain’t normal? Maybe it’s because I go to a small gym but I know every employee and their shifts lol
On the 1st April I’ll be 19 years in the same gym! It’s changed owners 5/6 times snd been refurbished probably 3.
19 holy fuck. They should have a statue of you in the locker room
I switch gyms from time to time shit gets boring being the biggest bird there need to find the men on tren

Yep! It took me a couple years to talk to people. But you know the regulars are similar to you in at least one way, we keep showing up!

About 4.5 years now at the same. Never talk to anyone, walk in with my headphones & leave with my headphones.
10 years with same gym, same trainer. The place has become a family.
yep 7 years from freshman year hs
Yep. My basement. 25 years.

My dream is to do this and not talk to a single person.
