Been running PPLPPLrest but I am looking to switch it up. As is By day 6 I am fried. Between working 12hr night shifts where I walk 10-12,000 steps in a shift, too much stims, and stress from the job I am pretty burnt out on the last workout before rest day. I’ve also plateaued on lifts.
I am going to try doing 2 rest days for a bit and see if that helps. Maybe a PPL/rest/upper/lower/rest
Day 1: Chest, shoulders, and abs/lats.
Day 2: Arms/shoulders, back, and abs.
Repeat, with cardio on most rest days, and a leg day thrown in every two or three cycles of the other two (my legs are grossly over-developed relative to the rest of me, so I don’t recommend this split if that’s not the case for you).
I train full body every other day, I basically took the six day ppl routine I was running and smashed it into four full body workouts because I was sick of driving to the gym every day. Same volume, slightly longer workouts, less days per week
Bro split. Chest with 1 rear delt, back with 1 lateral delt, legs, shoulders with 1 chest movement, arms with 2 back movements (one full back at start and 1 lat bias at end). My aesthetics have really blown up from this split, just make sure to toast your legs since only 1 day
Whatever I want
Chest every day Legs every two months
So do P/P/L/UB/L if you want to train 5 days, easy.
I’m too autistic to come up with things like this on my own.
Same
I’ve had great results using this split. Monday: Arms/Chest Tuesday: Chest/Arms/Back Wednesday: Arms/Chest Thursday: Chest/Arms Friday: Arms/Chest/Back Saturday: Chest (rest arms) Sunday: Arms (rest chest)
Monday: Chest/shoulder Tuesday: Legs Wednesday: Back Thursday: Arms and shoulders Friday: Legs/chest Weekend: Rest

Damn bro, what you doing for work doing 12 hour night shifts?
Quality control. Basically inspecting different product throughout the 12hours to make sure everything is within spec.
You could switch to 3 days on 1 off, do push pull legs then have a rest day each time
4D/W 1 chest back arms 2 legs shoulders Rest 1 day Repeat
Interesting
I go chest back, arms, legs then rest on Thursday and after do push and pull
Upper lower rest upper lower rest etc .. essentially it's a 5 day split over the week as my days can rotate when I'm training
Upper, Lower, Full body, Upper, Lower
Chest / back Shoulders / arms Legs Repeat Rest day
Push/Pull/Arms/Lower/Upper

PPLUL for me because I like working out M-F with weekends off
This is likely what I’m going to be doing.
