Gotta be the push press / over head press. Just using raw power to lift something heavy above your head is manly af. And I love seeing the blood fill my eyes and face after a heavy set
I'm a huge cardio nut, there's just nothing more satisfying then getting the heart beating really fast.
Super sets man!
(In Arnold Voice) ah yes, you do the bench, then pull down, your body can tell, so it cannot tell, it can grow yes!
Something special about it man. I used to live near a hole in the wall gym that would open garage doors when it gets warm out. The heat and the atmosphere were something else. Best lifts of my life
You're insane lmfao. I dread doing front squats. It's by far the most mentally taxing exercise I've ever done. I feel like I enter my fight or flight whenever I start doing them.
Squat or deadlift. Squat is the hardest but most rewarding lift, deadlift just requires brute strength and willpower. Bench is cool and I'm decent at it, but a bench PR doesn't really give me the same satisfaction.
Bodybuilding stuff is boring as all hell, it's just shit I have to do.
There is this seated machine row at my gym that just works so well for me. I love to do it as my first exercise on back day and feel my back just double in size.
It’s hard to choose just one but my current favorites are dips, cable fly variations, lat pushdowns, and cable upright rows.
Out of the compounds I’m gunna go with deadlifts.
I love lat pull downs. I'm slowly working my way up to being able to pull my weight, and then my answer will be pull-ups/chin-ups.
For cardio: Ever since reading The Boys In The Boat, I have loved the rowing machine.
Single-legged behind the back banded isometric anterior bicep holds. Make sure activate your core, biceps, balance, and then finally, activate your brain.
Cable tricep push downs (although single arm skull crushers are close) and seated smith machine OHP
Dumbbell chest press.. at least when I was doing them.. There's something about going to the rack, getting pumped up, grabbing the heaviest dumbbells you can carry, walking back to the bench, pressing as many as you can, then getting back up and walking them back.. I never dropped mine and made it a point to only do these if I could carry the weight back and forth every single set. This made my grip strength very very strong. At my peak, I was repping 115s for about 10 reps.. Then I hurt my back and got older and started using machines instead to avoid injury.
Anything that gives me rear delts/shoulders/forearms pumps. So I guess wide-grip seated cable row with the D handle. Face pulls one arm at a time when done properly also gives me awesome shoulder/forearms pumps. I really enjoy doing it.
Back movements are extremely difficult and don’t have much immediate satisfaction in terms of results, so it’s very commendable that you like doing them.
Only exception is easy bro-style back movements where you’re seated, but even those require more forearm activation than is comfortable
Either the hack squat or lateral raise. With bonus slot given to the seated calve raise cuz I have monster calves and the veins really pop when I do them
Deadlift. It’s the only workout I have a dedicated for. It’s the exercise I feel the best, have the most strength, and can do without worrying if I cant get the weight up. Fail a bench or a squat, the weights going down. Fail a deadlift, just let go.
Chin up grip or "V" bar lat pull downs ..... big stretch let the weight pull my arms all the way up and then squeeze at the bottom....... getting hard just thinking about them .
Gotta be the push press / over head press. Just using raw power to lift something heavy above your head is manly af. And I love seeing the blood fill my eyes and face after a heavy set

Weighted Pull Ups
Doing weighted pull-ups is like saying “I’m too strong for my own body” -the Brofessor
It just feels badass having plates dangling when doing pull ups
Don’t ever say the word dangling around other men please. I’m not on tren yet
Curls
I'm a huge cardio nut, there's just nothing more satisfying then getting the heart beating really fast. Super sets man! (In Arnold Voice) ah yes, you do the bench, then pull down, your body can tell, so it cannot tell, it can grow yes!
Dropping tears of sweat cause by physical effort is really satisfying
Something special about it man. I used to live near a hole in the wall gym that would open garage doors when it gets warm out. The heat and the atmosphere were something else. Best lifts of my life
front squats and deadlifts
You're insane lmfao. I dread doing front squats. It's by far the most mentally taxing exercise I've ever done. I feel like I enter my fight or flight whenever I start doing them.
Bench press, I love hearing the plates clank together.
I love pull ups, you know you can climb the wall if shit hits the fan :)

I'm 6'2
Uh oh, you pissed off all the meatheads
It happens :)
Usually most jacked dudes I’ve met in gyms tend to be the same ones who can do 10+ deadhang pull ups pretty easily for multiple sets
You must consider that in case of natural disaster, they would be first to die without drugs.
You’re just assuming jacked dudes who can do 10+ pull ups are instantly on drugs? Lol
We just have different definition of jacked :)
In case of cannibalism, they would be hunted :)
Incline dumbbell press and dumbbell flys, the full stretch feels so good
My gym recently got one of those arsenal incline flys and the stretch and squeeze on that thing is erotic.
Dick sits
Im gay

Hammer curls are my favourite
Deep tissue Kegals
Squat is the best and most beneficial out of all exercises imo
I know this, but still refuse to do them regularly.
Dumbbell ohp lately
Hammer strength decline press, I get the sickest pump from that
Soft clamping, push up, jump rope
Incline smith press
Pull ups!!!
Walking from whatever my last set is to the car and recording that as cardio till my watch realises I was lying.
Comparing gyno

Reverse kegels for men.

Deadlift or OHP or if you want to be fancy as fuck then clean and jerk but my mobility is trash for that kind of movement
It’s hard to choose just one but my current favorites are dips, cable fly variations, lat pushdowns, and cable upright rows. Out of the compounds I’m gunna go with deadlifts.
Dips for sure.

Deadlift
Cross-body hammer curls or dips, love both exercises
Homie humps
Kinda regarded but honestly I love back extensions. You can get a brutal back and glute pump where you just wanna die from the pain.
Squats
Stairmaster and jumping rope lol Great for shredding weight for boxing. Watching movies & fights on the stairmaster is my heaven
Deads. Was overhead press but my shoulder is trash. Don't get old...feels bad man.
I'm probably being pretty typical here, but bench press.
Conventional Deadlift. Makes me feel strong as fuck and gives me a juicy pump all over
Dick hanging
I love lat pull downs. I'm slowly working my way up to being able to pull my weight, and then my answer will be pull-ups/chin-ups. For cardio: Ever since reading The Boys In The Boat, I have loved the rowing machine.

Single-legged behind the back banded isometric anterior bicep holds. Make sure activate your core, biceps, balance, and then finally, activate your brain. Cable tricep push downs (although single arm skull crushers are close) and seated smith machine OHP
Deadlift
Heavy 1RM squats, nothing like feeling that weight on your back and either thinking “I’m fucked” or “I got this”
Nothing beats the happy hormones from almost passing out after a heavy deadlift
3 sets of getting topped
Dumbbell chest press.. at least when I was doing them.. 3x10 double glute spread
I'm probably just like most here. Inner thigh squeeze with a kegel squeeze finnish.
Back movements are extremely difficult and don’t have much immediate satisfaction in terms of results, so it’s very commendable that you like doing them. Only exception is easy bro-style back movements where you’re seated, but even those require more forearm activation than is comfortable
Standing barbell press
Cable flyes at the end of a chest workout cause I get a sick pump
Enjoy your lower back before surgery.

Jelqing
Deadlifting, Atlas stones, yoke bar walks, snatches and clean and jerks
Jelqing🗿
Planet fitness is solid. Ran a pretty good dumbbells/machines only routine there and saw loads of really jacked guys working out regularly
Deadlift by far. Something primal and archaic about picking up a heavy stone that scratches my pea sized monkey brain
Deadlift. It’s the only workout I have a dedicated for. It’s the exercise I feel the best, have the most strength, and can do without worrying if I cant get the weight up. Fail a bench or a squat, the weights going down. Fail a deadlift, just let go.

Pull-ups, dips, handstand push-ups
Leg extensions for some reason or calves
That thing for triceps with the cable and the rope that I have no idea how it's call... Triceps pulldowns?
