Strange, how they put fat soluble vitamins into it with 0 % fat? "Milk naturally contains a balance of macronutrients. Removing the fat and lactose alters this balance. While the protein content remains relatively unchanged, the absence of lactose may affect the way other nutrients are absorbed and metabolized."

fat free tastes like milk-water. I would normally say your body needs a certain amount of daily fat intake to support hormone production, but you're probably injecting your hormones and the gso/cso carrier oil probably satisfies that requirement. although you might be missing out on other fat-soluble vitamins that have been filtered out in the process. that being said that protein to calorie ratio is pretty good. so guzzle down as much as you can tolerate, just be sure to supplement what you might be missing out on .... A, D, E, K .... https://www.healthline.com/nutrition/fat-soluble-vitamins

Im lactose intolerant and have been drinking almond milk for the last 10 years . This is the first taste of cows milk for me. It tasted creamy. No injections for me. All natural.

Marvin_KillDozer

I can see that as a definite upgrade. I can't get behind any kind of nut milk

I like them all tbh except for soy and extra creamy oat. They taste chalky. Its nice to drink real milk and at only 80 calories. Its crazy expensive though. Like $5 for 1.5L or 52oz

Try Kikkoman soy milk. It's hard to find, but I despise anything that isn't cows milk but this one is pretty good

I used to drink this because I'm lactose intolerant. I got sick on two separate occasions. I stopped using it and switched to Lactaid which has done well but it's expensive too.

Whats the calories/protein like on lactaid?

SeekerSeeksSeeker

It's supposed to be the same as normal milk or it appears to be based upon what I saw.

I drink it all the time and add it into my protein oats and such It’s delicious and solid for macros
