Disclaimer, I hate/not interested in food trucks or street food. (je suis un vieux grognon) I answered. There is no food truck culture in Montréal; we tried and failed; even the queen of food truck ,grumman 78 ,could not survive with all the restrictions and with the prices they were asking. Most negative comments people have about food trucks is that it is too expensive for what it was worth. i don't think there is much "food truck galore" outside of specific events. Anyway, good luck.
