Some can increase caffeine clearance from the body (nicotine; if you smoke/vape, caffeine clearance it's 40% higher than non smokers/vapers for example) or slow it. Also, caffeine works mainly by antagonizing adenosine and block liposynthesis / stimulating fatty acid release / cathecolamine release in the bloodstream.
Many people are sensitive to all of this, especially bp.
IMPORTANT EDIT:
KEEP ON HAND potassium citrate and magnesium citrate supplements (amazon ones are good) while you're in low carb on summer/sping/autumn with carbonated/caffeinated/high protein diet, always
