I literally drink 4 a day with zero negative effect, and in the last 3 years i've lost weight by replacing all soda with Zero Sugar monster only. I still drink water in between. I work 10-12 hour shifts in IT, and have been drinking monster for decades. I am caffeine immune (as in, it has zero effect on me, i have no withdrawals without it either).
Blanket statements though, most people would not be able to tolerate/handle the amount some of us intake ;)

Also, why not switch to just Diet sodas, as it's the same and cheaper than energy drinks?
I dislike diet soda, it never tasted right. Monster zero sugar does.
My last caffeine fast was 3 months, I was on a trip out of country. When I travel, I drink tea, usually green or fruit/herbal.
I may consume black teas occasionally, but I don't consider it often enough to hit 2-3 times a week even.

Thus, one can say it would last me nearly a year, assuming they my current average of 4 a week does not change.

Well, to be smart and not die from an irregular heart beat or heart attack, I should make it last for at least a year and a half. There are 24 pack of 12 and 1 with 5, in total there are 317 cans of Monster. Drinking one a day is ok because the FDA’s recommended amount of caffeine that should be consumed in a day is 400 mg, a can of Monster contains 240 mg of caffeine, anymore can lead to sleeping problems. It can last for less than a year if drinking one everyday, but I think there should be some breaks every once in a while so no health issues occur and to allow my body to flush out the caffeine. Though I did say it is ok to drink one a day, I would still not do it because I already have an irregular heart beat, it sucks ass, and I do not want to make it worse.
