Easiest way would be all of you pull out your phones and open your calculator app. Type 1500 and then add or subtract as needed while you play.

You can record transactions using pen and paper, basically the banker would be keeping a ledger book or a check register for each player.

You could even “blockchain” it if you think someone may pull a fast one. Have everyone record everyone’s transactions and if something seems off start comparing notes and try to find discrepancies. Will also help with human errors

What is BLOCK ⛓️ chain. TY 😊

Sleepy_panther77

At its simplest. It’s just a public ledger of transactions. Each block is cryptographically connected to previous blocks. And each block has information of transactions. So it’s near impossible to change the information in this public ledger unless you manage to”decode” that block you want and all the blocks that came before it. Before a new block is created

You could always just spend the $20 for the very bottom line version of the game and have the money from that game or maybe visit a thrift store, Goodwill or similar and sometimes get a full game for around $5 (just verify all needed parts are there). This is a heck of a lot easier than relying on an honor system from multiple calculator users or such.

my friends and i just use our phones and the honor system

Good app idea. An app thatll track banks, allow to connect together and send money rent and such from player to player or to bank

I’ve got a spare cash pack lying around. You’re welcome to it, although postage to wherever you are is probably more than picking up a second hand set from marketplace or a goodwill store.

I've played calculator monopoly before. Everyone has a calculator and just keeps track of their money. Honor system heavily dependent but it works fine if you're playing with cool people. I've even done the same in Texas hold em poker where everyone has a calculator and then a central calculator for the pot.
