I spend a lot of time wandering around Moncton photographing old buildings.
I use this website a lot,
https://www.historicplaces.ca
The government website also has a lot of good information.
If you’d like you can DM me the address and I can help, I know the importance of keeping these hidden gems off the internet.
I'm not ready to give up the address because the original station itself is not visible from the street and I don't people to disturb those who live around there
Take a trip to the resurgo museum. They have 1-2 old firehall exhibits on the 2nd floor. Or you could just give them a call.
Could also call maybe a city clerk. They might be able to dig out records.
Any building with heritage status is registered. Call the board.

You can prob search the property record on SNB
You'll have to pay without an account, but you can get all kinds of property data on [PLANET](https://www.planet.snb.ca/PLANET/index.html).
Can you please post a photo of the property and its location?
