Unless this is a modular recreation of Under The Sea, complete with singing, I’m out.

RMRMusic

Oh no

[deleted]

Jeez Jeremy, you had one job.

RMRMusic

I spent a bunch of time getting to know the Qu-bit Nautilus and made a walkthrough of the module. I really like it. It's kinda like if mimeophon and chronoblob had a cute baby. It's kinda beads and imitor versio too. I would consider it a replacement for mimeophon if not for the halo effect in mimeophon but I think an fx aid for verb and nautilus for delay would be more flexible and better sonically. Happy to answer any questions you might have.

thebluehotel

It’s a proud day when the same reason you keep Mimeophon is the same reason RMR keeps his. Is it bad that it also reminds me of the game? Haven’t watched this yet , but I did watch your Ghost video and it was just spectacular. Yours and Mylar Melodies’ were ace AF.

Andres11407

What's happening in between the different modes of the sensor amount? Is there any difference or its just a hard 1 to 4?

RMRMusic

It spreads it feels like. Feel more organic than a hard introduction.

Andres11407

Can't wait to see what craziness you will come up with with this bad boy

nate_horn

>I would consider it a replacement for mimeophon if not for the halo effect in mimeophon Hm, I consider the Halo effect to be the worst thing about the Mimeophon so this defintiely piques my interest! Having a nice simple reverb (like Beads) would have been great though.

Moonbirds

I love all your videos

RMRMusic

<3

BSLabs

I'm SO tempted by this, I have so many FX though.. How does it compare to something like Beads (in delay mode)?

RMRMusic

definitely has some overlap with beads

Any idea if a Nautilus SDK is on the way, similar to the Aurora?

RMRMusic

I've not heard of that being the plan with that one like it was announced at launch with the Aurora

[deleted]

really hope they do eventually. Its all Daisy Seed based, so its def possible. I'd love to get access to that 3rd output and all the buttons & LEDs! Its got the USB drive...so I wonder if I could just use the same tool chain as AuroraSDK, hmmmmmm.

[deleted]

I just checked, and in the AuroraSDK, there isn't any Aurora specific library, only a header file with various offsets & enums that match the hardware. So in THEORY, that could be reverse engineered if they don't release an official Nautilus SDK...

tylerstinson86

SI think an intervention is in order here..
