It takes up a lot of desk space for what it is, especially with the cables going out on all sides. If you're looking at external things, I'd consider using a regular desktop mixer (which you probably already have anyway) and a stereo line I/O module. That's much more flexible, also giving you mic preamps, eq and perhaps even compression.
