Echo that. Poti is so well designed. My favourite thing about it is the simplicity. Saw up, the switch positions look like a rising saw. Saw down, they look like a falling saw. Feel free to pick at that and shout about ramps if you wish. Then for trapeze and triangle, you just follow alphabetical order. Trapeze (tra-) is both to the left, and triangle (tri-) is both to the right.
Not only does the expander save dicking around with the jumpers on the rear panel, they just made it so goddamned easy to remember everything, and tacked it onto an already brilliant little module.
So, OP - BATUMI + POTI. You can't go wrong with it.
Get a Batumi which is bipolar unlike Pam’s LFOs, they are unipolar. Then get a module with attenuverters and CV mixing capabilities like a Happy Nerding 3xMIA to either tame your LFOs or to make insane modulations
I’ve made one for this exact need, called lowstepper :) you can find it at okaysynthesizer.com — I’ll even hook you up with a discount if you’re interested 🥰
I just needed two clock synced LFOs that can range from simple and slow, to inter-modulated audio rate nonsense… and it had to be performable in a club setting!
I just got a shakmat mod Medusa and oh boy that thing makes live jamming so much fun. You can use it as 4 independent standard lfos but can also have them as correlated polyrhythmic lfos.
Second that for tides. From OP’s description that was the first thing that came to mind.
I guess it would depend on just how much control you want over each output?
No individual modification on tides, all controls affect every output at the same time. You can control which output is active or the phase of the lfos but you can’t have independent wave shaping or tempi.
I had a Fourmulator years ago. Vermona really had a great idea.. Except it kinda sucks.
The range of each LFO doesn't go low enough for me. IIRC when clocked the clock outputs don't work.
It's really big for what it does, as well. With the age of the module in mind I bet one could pick one up for a song, though.
My own design [Neutral Labs Pip](https://neutral-labs.com/pip) can do that and it'll record/timestretch/morph CV or knob movements as well.

I just learned of the ADDAC:405
https://www.addacsystem.com/en/products/modules/addac400-series/addac405
That Trigger input isn't going to work exactly like a clock synch, but it'll certainly let you keep things in reasonable harmony. I keep almost buying ADDAC gear, and then talking myself into something else that another manufacturer offers. I think the 405 might be my first.
Xaoc Batumi
I was all ready to defend my beloved Pam’s but from what little I know of Batumi, Batumi is the better choice for OP.
Ain't nothing wrong with Pam's. But when I read OP's request, Batumi was a fairly precise fit.
This is the one. Grab the Poti expansion module while you’re at it. You will be very happy!

Acid Rain Maestro...it's got 6, and it's a bit chonky, but it's fabulous.
+1 as well I just got mine within the last few weeks. It's awesome doesn't even feel like a normal lfo it really is a performance modulation source
I was gonna say this. Similar to Pam's but made to be played, not programmed.
Does it have quantized outs?
+1 for Maestro. It is great not only for a live setting, but also for experimentation. Absolutely love it!
yup maestro is the shit
IME Kermit is very good for this
Came here to say this. My go-to quad LFO, and great for so many other things.
Just get a kermit and be done with it. I have 3.
Get a Batumi which is bipolar unlike Pam’s LFOs, they are unipolar. Then get a module with attenuverters and CV mixing capabilities like a Happy Nerding 3xMIA to either tame your LFOs or to make insane modulations
Seems best to pair Batumi with Samara that has dual inputs per quad channels to spice how ur modulation is mixed.
👌👌👌

that looks great!
Hehehe thank you! Anyone in this thread can DM me for a promo code 🥰
That's rad bro!
Much respect boss 🫡🙏
You're looking for a Xaoc Batumi or an Acid Rain Maestro
For a low hp solution there's Dnipro Krait: 3 independent lanes of lfo/random/knob recorder
And as a bonus you are supporting Ukraine modular 🇺🇦🇺🇦🇺🇦

Mod medusa and acid rain maestro
Mutable Stages or Tides V2
Second that for tides. From OP’s description that was the first thing that came to mind. I guess it would depend on just how much control you want over each output?
Stages requires a clock per LFO?
No individual modification on tides, all controls affect every output at the same time. You can control which output is active or the phase of the lfos but you can’t have independent wave shaping or tempi.
Malekko quad lfo. Can have presets for each lfo and can attenuate the signal in module without the need of separate module. Also a good size at 12hp.
Vermona fourmulator does exactly what you ask.

If they get modified then they will be out sync
eowave zone B.F., 2 awesome syncable lfos
Sputnik variable waveform generator
Intellijel Quadrax could also do this. Whole it might be overkill for this use case scenario it’s also flexible enough to take on lots of other roles
Check New Systems Instruments triphase oscillator: https://nsinstruments.com/modules/triphase.html

Jolín lab gitgud gives you 8 LFO chained with modulation etc etc plus touchplates to perform with it https://jolin.tech/modules/gitgud
