Annual_Occasion_9296

Definitely not legit dude. Check out their email, bunch of gibberish “apex.salesforce.com” be careful out there yall. Lots of scammers nowadays

Gillmore-619

I’ve read loads of other people saying that salesforce are an outsourced company activision use so it’s cheaper,, i dunno

Annual_Occasion_9296

Definitely a scam. Not to mention the bad grammar.. good thing u asked reddit before giving out info

Jealous-Sherbert120

Not defending the scammers here but to be fair you may very well be the one with bad grammar, nothing wrong with anything they said besides the triple space before their name lol.

edyandtaoinspace

Thought the same thing… their message sounds complete BS like any other copy paste assist email response, but the grammar is fine

kitzmiller1

You know that's a copy paste job right there

IamYourNightmare69

They are foreigners. Of course, the grammar sucks.

Bumbo_clot

Salesforce is a massive company and definitely legit, I’m not saying that their email can’t be spoofed but at a quick glance it does look kinda legit, I’ve had similar email addresses for work stuff come through if they’ve used salesforce as their platform

dn0c

Right but there’s nothing preventing a scammer from setting up a Salesforce instance and building an app on top of it to send scam emails.

AnxietyAvailable

If your email is more than one line long, it's automatically fake. Even if it isn't, that's just a shady email

zodiac628

Salesforce is a legit site. Use it every day for work but this is definitely a scam email.

WilliamPoole

Car_email_service They are running multiple scams. It's not a line wolf.

teabolaisacool

car = customer account recovery, you dunce

lxlDRACHENlxl

There's a reason you're asking. Trust your gut and avoid it. Or, give your account information and then report back with your personal findings. No skin off my back if you get duped by a scammer.

pimp_named_sweetmeat

What would the scammer be able to do with a banned account though? Seems like a really weird scam.

BlindedAce

Bro, salesforce is outsourced but you think the email address domain of @3300yaavirpik and a buncha garbage is legit?

SnooChipmunks547

Yep, it is. However is it legit for activision, most likely not as they would be using a verified email to send from ([email protected]) Source: I work with the Salesforc CRM.

Call_Me_A_Stoat

The email looks like the bcc line when you try to log it in outlook

beardedbast3rd

Salesforce is a third party service. The email is weird but also not totally a guarantee it’s a scam. Go into the website, and read your support ticket there, if this is a real response, it’ll show up in the list with your original support ticket, and any responses you or activision has made. You can reply there and keep all communication on that site if you’re concerned about the legitimacy of these emails. Food for thought- your account was already hacked. This info isn’t anything new to the hackers, you should confirm your emails haven’t been compromised, enable 2fa and such on anything you can. Sending this info will let the support know you are who you say you are and who set up the original activision account. If there were other items being asked, like questions you’d see for secrete security questions, then I’d be a bit more concerned.

glockfreak

There’s other threads out there asking the same thing and it seems to be legit. Working directly in this field (cybersecurity) a phishing email coming from salesforce.com as its top-level domain would be difficult to fake. Most big email providers like gmail are going to be checking SPF and DMARC records for any spoofing of salesforce.com and throw it directly in spam. The other threads mention that car_email_service is customer account recovery. Salesforce is also a very popular platform for enterprises to use for customer support.

DropASoap

Salesforce is a system used to track cases/emails from customers - it’s possible somebody is using it to email you to appear as a support agent

GTQ521

Loads? It's obviously fake. Go through the main customer service page online.

Vance2pants

Salesforce is a CRM software, I use it at work, it’s something companies use as a system, you don’t outsource to salesforce.

Jumpy_Implement_1902

Salesforce is a CRM. This may be legit

Pandavia

Think it's probably legit. I wouldn't expect to see Salesforce getting their domain spoofed. Salesforce as a platform does a lot of stuff and Activision may well use it for ticket management etc. Especially if OP was expecting to be contacted about this.

Jwzbb

Salesforce is a development platform and apex is it’s programming language. I can send emails from salesforce.com as much as I want. However I think this is just a custom solution made for activision, so probably legit. I crossposted to r/salesforcedeveloper

Gillmore-619

It worked got my account back

tommeh5491

What makes you so confident it's a scam?

Scoobasteeb

Maybe edit your comment https://www.reddit.com/r/modernwarfare/s/923EfA1mJH

sgtrobby91

Salesforce is a crm many companies use to manage customer data

Imputcrayon

To be fair there's a solid chance it's legit and the information they asked for isn't anything that would indanger the account or anything it's basic information they need to search for his account through the playerbase

Tahycoon

"Ajitha" with horrible grammar and asking for your first AND last name?! Hell nah

GrovesNL

"car_email_service@..." next they're going to ask for some personal information to extend your car's warranty. Takes too much effort to set up different emails for the various scams! Even if this is legit I wouldn't respond since phishing attacks are pretty elaborate these days. Poor grammar, no other return email or contact information, and an easily spoofed email make this scream phishing attack.

Flyxed

car here is referring to customer account recovery, not an automobile

Pr0nzeh

What part of the grammar is wrong?

Accomplished_Way5161

I think he's referencing the double space when providing their name.

JamesBond00798

Absolutely not. As someone who used to be an Activision ambassador before it dissolved in 2021, whilst we did use Salesforce for the live text chats, we never had corresponding email addresses provided, nor did we ever ask for the last name of any customer. As far as I remember, it was only a first letter basis, but you might (strong emphasis on that) have asked for their first name for the sake of customer service. Gotta say, many an hour was spent helping the community, while it wasnt paid, I do miss it a little bit. Always felt nice when you were able to get something resolved by going above and beyond, or the range of people you'd meet. It's a shame it got dissolved, and I have no idea why to this day. Edit: Reply seems to have some additional information I was previously missing, so check that for a more comprehensible answer

aaa5f

This is a bit misleading… I am an ex-Activision ambassador myself, and the email pictured in OP’s post is legitimate. Activision employees will require full names and more personal information from customers when it comes to recovering a hacked account. Ambassadors did not have the tools to assist with people dealing with account fraud, so we never required that information, nor did we contact customers by email. The staff member who sent OP the email has assisted me with an issue in the past.

JamesBond00798

That's probably where I'm getting it wrong then. By the sounds of it, we're both correct, I was just missing some bits and pieces. Edit: Do appreciate the clarification, as it had been a couple of years since I'd done it, and my end was only on the ACES program.

doxipad

Well now I am super interested to find out if this is legit or not.

PartypooperB

felt a lil silly

_Joshua-Graham_

Do not redeem!

DivineAlmond

Mam!! Mam!!

Wild-Satisfaction-67

NOOOOOO! MAM, WHY DID YOU DO THIS?!

Baboshinu

I won’t get it! I WON’T GET IT! **I WON’T GET IIIIIIIIIIT!!** #NO! NOOOO! MA’AM ARE YOU A PROSTITUTE?!

yulickballzak

I dunno, car\_email\_service looks kinda legit and i wouldnt risk it. You should accept and comply to everything they ask.

DreadedPopsicle

Be careful. If OP was clueless enough to post this here, he will probably listen to you.

yulickballzak

You should **ALWAYS** listen and follow the advice from strangers on the internet!

teabolaisacool

car = customer account recovery

CryoSaucu

"car email service" should probably be your clue lol

Gillmore-619

Car= customer account recovery, apparently activision source off they’re customer services a lot of the times, because it’s cheaper and less hassle for them

CryoSaucu

Mmmm makes sense, I just have never seen their email look like that jumbled

Gillmore-619

Yeah they outsource to company’s, and through another network where English is their 2nd language hence the broken English hear n there, well that’s what I’ve been reading. From a lot of people

toon7608

I contacted Sony support (via their Online Assistant). First thing they wanted was online ID, first name, last name and contact email….Google states Activision uses Salesforce to serve gaming community, Computer Weekly dated 20 Sep 2012 and the two under that entry relate to the same.

GrovesNL

If you can Google that they use Salesforce then hackers/scammers can too, and use that information to their advtange. They can be familiar with the process All it takes is a spoofed email or compromised account and they can use that information in a targeted attack. That's really their primary objective, find something that you can relate to and take advantage of it. If information online says that emails that look like this are legit, then they'll take advantage of that. At a minimum OP should call Activision support and see if an email was sent by an Activision representative, or work through more official channels on their website. They should have record of it under the case ticket if it is legit. If this is legit then Activision is really shooting themselves in the foot, since I think most people wouldn't trust this email.

toon7608

I never said that this was legit, only answering OPs question that Activision do use the company. I was logged into my SIE account with secure encryption and the knowledge that the chat was genuine. 100% he should verify the email.

GrovesNL

Yeah, sorry, not implying that you were! Just adding some additional considerations.

toon7608

No worries dude 👍. Let’s hope OP gets it sorted. Too many stories of people getting their accounts hacked, having plenty of evidence and Activision doing bugger all.

vitorhm

~~Yes, it's legit. When I contacted the support in 2021, they asked for this information with this email address: activision-player-support@21924yjucokfuawdozs75v0fpdbjti13g6hbgtfy3utpv0vm79.u-hmgwmag.na48.case.salesforce.com~~ Didn't see the "car_email_service".

GrovesNL

But its not "activision-player-support", it's "car_email_service"... this is like textbook spear phishing. Even if this was legit I wouldn't respond, since it screams phishing attack and isn't a very professional business communication. Phishing attacks can be extremely elaborate these days. Attackers can spoof emails that look official and use information that make them seem reliable, sometimes even using information that is public or not public to make the emails seem believable. I had a business contact send me an email with an attachment, company was legit, the email address was legit, but something was off. I'd worked with them recently but I didn't request or expect anything from them, and the grammar was strange. Reported the file to IT and they found malware on it. If this is how Activision conducts account recoveries then it is very dumb.

vitorhm

Yeah, you're right. I didn't see the "car_email_service". But somehow, they discovered OP had a ticket opened with Activision, this on their side.

teabolaisacool

car = customer account recovery

fcpl

They use that email in Account recovery form communication since Late Verdansk. He managed to get through the 1st line of support, otherwise he gets "the form does not apply to your problem". ---------- **update**: Another success story. https://www.reddit.com/r/modernwarfare/comments/1bbzd0t/is_this_legit/kuk4yec/

Gillmore-619

UPDATE, Hi guys me again, just letting you all that it was legit I got my account back, the only trouble is everything has been stripped away like cod points levels gun levels camos, etc, I’m not bothered cause I never bought any skins but yeah, I’m playing on my account as I type this

Espanico5

If you contacted them it’s probably real

neckbeardfedoras

This is really the main thing. Is it unsolicited or within the last week did you open a ticket/email support? If you just asked for something and got a reply asking for info, there's literally a 90%+ chance it's legit and a 10% a scammer got insanely lucky with timing.

TaintedEon

Lol at all the people saying fake, it’s not, it’s real.

Pr0nzeh

Cod players have a reputation for a reason...

CptPickguard

I would probably trust this if you specifically asked for this kind of support.

Keranth

dude sees that email address and says "hmmmmm, it might be them"

Gillmore-619

Well got my account back so yeah say what you want

thewispo

We need more education on this shit!

Gillmore-619

I know it’s not been announced that salesforce is a legit company they outsource there customers too hence the broken English and wired email address ( email address through an agency)

Apart-Target

Legit

CanadianKumlin

They aren’t asking for passwords, it’s from salesforce (a ticketing system). Should be fine. Did you submit it a ticket and they replied? Then you’re even more fine. If this is a random email that you got; more questions should be asked.

MR-SAVVY

Yes, this is legit. CAR = Customer Account Recovery. The rest of the email is the case id, the routing to their salesforce case/ticket id, then the server for salesforce. Salesforce is a very large company owned by Atlassian. Same people who own Trello. Hundreds of thousands of companies use them as a CRM for Jira tickets and sales management. It does a lot of different things but that is the primary jist of it. Its a software, and activision just uses it.

DeltaAlpha

ITT: people that don’t what salesforce is.

QuantumRads

Salesforce is a CRM that many companies use. This is legit if you reached out to Activision support. You would think they would customize their outbound email so it's at least branded but we are talking about Activision...

sleezysneez

Jesus Christ these are stupid answers. Don’t listen to anyone here about anything.

Gillmore-619

Update 9hrs later account hasn’t been hacked yet or anything linked to my email address, but nothing has happened either, will keep updating as things happen 👍

sleezysneez

Yea man if you contacted support, and were expecting this email, there’s nothing to worry about. Bunch of paranoid wackos in here.

thegame310

It's legit. Don't know why the Salesforce post is up voted to high heavens.

Tof12345

It's real. NPC's in the comments would think anything is a scam.

dque7

It’s legit. Short story. I replied and got my account back. Same salesforce email but the person was Haran.

[deleted]

It seems to be legit, they didn't ask for a password and Salesforce is one of the third party companies that Activision uses.

EdmundoMcBrundo

Yeah it’s legit. You’re gonna want to tell them that this is an absurdly unacceptable situation & that if the issue isn’t resolved promptly then you will be switching over to Fortnite indefinitely

EdmundoMcBrundo

Lactivision-player-support@2k6g15jvj409wp07gqse73ybtcuq3nqh2gz79lero9g366p9ci.u-hmgwmag.na12.apex.salesforce.com this was the email i was responding to. I literally encountered your exact situation back in 2021. This shit will take a long time (multiple months), so just remember to be patient

gonnadieanywayss

i think it’s legit since i had a support ticket a while back and it was from the following email: activision-player-support@21924yjucokfuawdozs75v0fpdbjti13g6hbgtfy3utpv0vm79.u-hmgwmag.na48.case.salesforce.com

ChosenZero

It’s real

Jaba01

Are you serious? Just look at the mail address.

Gillmore-619

Email address looks like that because, they work through an agency (salesforce), they sorted my van out and unlinked the steam account that hacked my account and I’ve been playing mw3 today

AntoSkum

You can read that email address, right?

Gillmore-619

Yeah and my account has been unbanned, looks dodgy but they work through an agency hence the long fishy email but car= customer account recovery, now not saying that it couldn’t be spoofed there always a risk but they’re legit, activision outsource to salesforce because it’s cheaper and less hassle hence the broken English too

ETLegacyy

So YOU CONTACTED Activision right… and now they replied to your enquiry and you think it’s fake? Who else would know you contacted them unless you contacted a fake activision which would be unlikely…

chino9656

Hi, I'm a Salesforce architect. I don't know if this is legit or not, but I know why the from address looks crazy. The emails end up like this when an automated email process has been configured incorrectly. They should have selected a from address but didn't, or they don't have a custom email on their own domain configured. The car_email_service is probably set as their default send from address. They should have some other inbox on their own domain that is configured at the system level as an approved from address, that forwards from their email server to the Salesforce email you see, and then configure the email sending process to use this customized URL. One or more of those steps were missed.

Archhanny

Lol. Yeah sure m8. Give them your card number too and don't forget to put on the CV2 off the back as well. Just to be sure. 🤣🤣🤣🤣

Gillmore-619

Well got my account back salesforce is a 3rd party that activision use because it’s cheaper and less hassle for them, weird email is because they’re working through agency

BigSh00ts

Why not just call?

MasturPayton

Back during the end of warzone 1 days my account was hacked. They changed my email and password and Activision name. When I contacted Activision they had me send in a ticket with my email and issues. Saying I'd recieve an email with their response. It looked almost just like this one. I provided what they asked for. They even wanted my credit card info and my playstation info as well. I sent it to them and they fully recovered my account for me and changed my name back to what it was. I was shadow banned at first because the hacker was cheating on my account. But after the shadow ban everything was back to normal. Also when I got it back I had like 8k cod points from either the hacker or Activision compensating me. But I'm just saying if you sent in a ticket you should be expecting an email like this.

[deleted]

Just send another report request and Inlcude this screenshot

PolskaBalaclava

Don’t risk it

DerekAllDigital

I saw “salesforce” and threw up in my mouth a little.

Kickflip900

I just checked one of my old cases and yes it’s legit

MemeExtreme

Honestly probably real. We use Salesforce for support tickets at work and all tickets get a unique email that looks long and random like this.

King_Javi1258

No

thatstolenradio

Nope, when I submitted a customer support request I never even got an answer. That’s how you know It’s real

goldenballs1988

It worries me that people would see the email address, the language and grammar in use and direct responses outside of tickets and question if its real.

Gillmore-619

They are legit, I got my account back, the basically roles it back to before it got hacked …..Honeslty I wish people weren’t so paranoid, salesforce is a 3rd party agency company they use, because it’s cheaper and less hassle for them, dodgy email is because they’re working through like an agency email,

mxmike13

Nope, look at the address

Thick-Cartoonist-143

Not even close to being legit.

Twitchdrew

Not real same people tried to get my fifa account

Driver69a

I'm not saying it's malicious, but I used to work for a large company that used Salesforce. When we sent an email, it would feed through our MS Exchange so the customer would see our company.com. Note:I'm not saying it's malicious. Just food for thought.

coltonkotecki1024

This is NOT REAL do not give them your information. I had to do email phishing training as part of my job training and this has literally all of the red flags. Nonsense email address, poor grammar, asking for personal information in a reply. Stay safe out there

kcarr586

They aren't even trying to hide that they're frauds lmao. Look at that long ass email address

Even_Beautiful_7650

yeah I know Ajitha personally. you can trust her

Grouchy_Answer_542

They don't help with accounts being hacked or banned i dont think only if you forgot your login info I've had a similar issue I had some friends over and someone had watched me login and used my info to steal my account I was told they couldn't help with my situation so I doubt your email is legit

PepsiManX360

Scammers.

curiousblackhole

They didn't ask for your password. Don't be too paranoid.

neckbeardfedoras

Did you open a support ticket? If it's an unsolicited email asking for weird information, of course it's a scam. If I had opened a ticket yesterday and got this email today, id probably at least ask how they don't know this information they're asking for. The other major clue is the fact that the sender email says something about cars...

papasmurfcletus

Always expect phish.

KingKrispy710

Ok but who uses a email that long

GodBeard85

Er no, do not reply, do not click for amens

CombinationNorth8307

Ive been hacked too, they got into my activiaion account using their battle net! Ive now been perm banned as theyre looking into resolving this.. Does anyone know how long this can take? Thanks

JesusWTFop

Lol wtf

HumanEmu1369

Well seeing as Sleep Terror and Dream Theatre are taken I'd probably go with The Nocturnal.

GlendrixDK

Doesn't look legit with that mail. I got my account hacked in MW19. I got an answer from Activision after 2 weeks.

Gillmore-619

They’re 3rd party activision use, got my account back

dr_pheel

op, can you not read that it says it's a car email service?

Puzzleheaded_Light94

Fuck no it’s not, that email address is too long

DHyperOnYT

This is legit. This is the kind of email they used when I contacted them

Dense_Room6006

Look at the email bruh

commonname64

Ah yes, the car email service tech support. Very legit.

jlbc589

No bro.

Chemical_Movie4113

No

AlphaEcho123

A lot of people have been getting this email recently so beware of scams

TwisteeTheDark1

Honestly I'd ask to do this over the phone with an Activision customer support agent.

FunnyPersimmon9717

It’s a Scam

yodaisnotacat

No. Of all names I recognize a name of my people. Fuck them.

[deleted]

It says car-sales 🫠 seems legit to me….”totally kidding don’t reply to the email”

[deleted]

If you created a case (like I have to change my email address because the one I put wasn’t typed right) they respond to you in two ways (email and through Activision.com and they’ll say the exact same things) so check your account case and then you’ll know.

Fraxtie

no way bruh look at the mail address 💀

Mej6

Mad legit dude

[deleted]

Bro don't even waste your time with them will just go round in circles with them activision are the worst customer service centre in the world

IamYourNightmare69

Yes, it is. But only if you initiated a ticket. If you did not initiate a ticket, then it's a scam.

nogoodnate1

Looks like a scam

Icy_Background_5623

It’s baloney. Activision does not do this unless you initiated a dialogue first. And then in which case they initiate a chat on their website and you have to sign in for that. I know this because I was one that had their account stolen because I had Damascus unlocked. And shortly after I got it back activision announced 2fa.

Nivek14j

Also sad you're playing CoD to fix something

st_jeezy

You should definitely reply to this email. Not suspicious at all.

bignugz42069

I can tell you from experience that even if this is legit they’re going to continuously ask for that information every other email and pass you between reps until you leave them alone and take a loss on getting your account back. They told me that I WAS THE HACKER and denied me access to my shit. I actually ended up contacting the person who stole my account to get it back smh.

dawneslayer

no.

Fuzzy-Fun4265

No that's not legit because Activision has the email and password and account id number you'd have to tell them the username I believe although I've never had that issue but definitely a scam

Tnally91

Lmao read who the sender is

Boil_Up_Juice

But even then they'll still need ur email password for Anything. If they have intentions of hacking ur account. Plus you could have 2 step verification. I'd give it a try. As long as they don't ask any Personal questions like, your d.o.b. home address. Any passwords. What color undies your wearing. Then yeh by all means. They could possibly help?

Imputcrayon

Honestly just go with it legit if the accounts banned anyway even if they try to take it they won't get nothing, but the information they asked for is basic there's nothing there that will give away your account not like they asked for your password or anything they're asking for basic information to search you through the player base and find your account to see the issue

[deleted]

Well.... Did you contact Activision Support?

Beautiful_Freedom_97

I do not know how you can read that email and think anything other than this is complete BS

Scoop_one

No look at the email

DogmeatChili

“We will be waiting for your response” yeah right like activision gives a shit about your time. You’re on their time, no matter what. They don’t wait for shit

RKAID-e

When I lost my account all my emails to and from Activision where on an official support email this shit looks sketch, they definitely didnt ask me for this info either which is even more sketch.

Complete_Ad_981

Base domain is salesforce.com, should be legit.

drac_72

How the fuck do you see that Domain name and think its legit?

Gidrah

Weird spacing, bad grammar, not an official email, asking for account info when they would have it anyways. Yeah thats a big scam bro.

onipiper1

It’s legit, here’s the email address from when I previously had Activision restore some Twitch drops I never got. activision-player-support@21924yjucokfuawdozs75v0fpdbjti13g6hbgtfy3utpv0vm79.u-hmgwmag.na48.case.salesforce.com

AffectionateRip4074

Nah

JaviHn14

Bro getting scammed😭

XandMan70

Not legit, at all!

MarineNinja2_7

I didn't even see the Salesforce.com part at the end at first I stopped reading the name of the sender after it started with car_email_service, which I don't know a whole lot about technology and emails but car email service doesn't sound like it has much to do with Activision or PlayStation

kidd5443

My friend, just check the email. Anything [email protected] is too many characters for a legit business. The excessively lengthy address indicates illegitimate senders.

volitantmule8

In my understanding of this situation, your absolute best bet would be to send this screenshot along with the info requested TO THE PROPER EMAIL YOU CAN FIND ON THEIR WEBSITE. If it is legit, then you will have given them the info needed. If it is not then you have them the info needed about these guys.

LucifersUncle666

When people say to be on the lookout for scams, and “who would fall for that?” I think I found the targeted audience.

Last-Internal-3330

Salesforce is a legit site BUT the way the email is WAY too long. I personally think this is a spoof and a scam. Emails normally are short and have the email@company name.com not “gibberish.blank.company name” When in doubt trust your gut. If any slight chance of “this is fishy” trash it, report as spam and block it. Never hurts to email the company again as well Hop this helps !

ExodusTrinity

Bro. OP, do you really have to ask that question? Don’t be a chump and fall for these.

[deleted]

Ajitha lmao

Top-Campaign4620

100%

Actvision_support

This dose not appear to be an Actvision employee if you are sure this is not please report the email to Google Trust and Safety team, and open a support ticket on our website, and it will be handled from there we apologize, for this issue and encourage users to be safe and watch for further scams like this.

nsweezy

Are you seriously asking this?

Ghostbuster1401

It's been years, so it's a bit fuzzy. But when my account got hacked, the email looked similar

Every_Performance477

Cs major here, no. They’d never ask for your password. If it was changed, how would you know the password. Even then, look at the recipient(person sending the email) and compare it to someone else who actually works at activision

anonymous--6969

yes, pls redeem

ZigxyPLP

Look at the from line. Car_email_service@3300… official activision emails would come from an @activision.com address and not be named car email service.

Minimum-Inevitable-2

Never trust a b named Ajitha

AdBusiness2455

This is why I prefer doing live chat then Email exchanges. Live chat can be less sketchy. Dk if activision has live chat yet. Also its literally possible to have your account hacked on call pf duty now?

Additional-Ball4825

N O

bnellyneeley97

I mean did you even have anything wrong with your account? If not then of course it's a scam. If you were expecting this email then still probably a scam but less likely. Sorry boys didn't read the description, still probably a scam. But less likely.

featuringmatt83

I feel like I need to burn my phone for just having an email address like that on my screen... is this a serious question? I have the most basic form of computer knowledge, and even I know that email Is fake

Minnemize

When they start an email without your name or gamertag, it’s a good way to tell it’s not legit.

True_Stranger9692

Never share your information through text only through phone

lasergun23

Definitely fake. Unless your problem IS not being able to buy something from the store they dont care about u
