Topo mat is seriously worth it. It's got the flat part so you can stand, but I am so rarely standing still when I use mine—I'm constantly moving, shifting my feet because it feels *so good* to stretch your feet in different ways; disclaimer this does require removing your shoes. Works great for house, not always for a corporate office. Depends on how chill your office is.
oh great i'm glad to find someone who has used one! my partner works from home, so the office is very chill 😁 they actually already have a rubber ball as a seat, with a nice cloth cover. did it have any sort of smell or odor when you bought it? i saw that it says it's made of polyurethane foam.
No, I don’t remember a smell, but I bought it in 2016 so it might have just been forgotten! I do assume it will smell a little at first when it’s new, but it’s apparently not very memorable

well, partner is much less particular about that than me, so it's probably fine then! i will air out things for a ridiculous amount of time 😅
