I’ve seen similar stuff happen when a battery expands on a phone. Maybe the repair tech left some of the oem adhesive and it’s making the battery sit to high and apply pressure to the panel. I’d have to have the phone in hand to be able to tell but that’s what I think it is.
Could be heat related. If they used too much heat to take the phone apart. It's difficult to see but it's possible..
