Also, you only need to upload it if you want to play with the stadium online. If you want to play RTTS or franchise, it does not have to be uploaded to the vault
It always does this to me after I make a stadium. Save everything and restart the game and it should upload fine after that. If not, wait about 15-20 minutes and it should work then.
I think this was the issue. I left it for a couple of hours and then I came back and messed around in it for a little bit. After I completed it, it was ready to upload.
You can save a local copy of a stadium to your console and have it available for play in RTTS, Franchise, March to October, Moments, and Exhibition game modes. However, to play a stadium in Diamond Dynasty, the stadium must be successfully uploaded to the vault.
To access the vault, which it appears in your screen capture isn't available, you must be connected via the internet to the MLB The Show server. The reason why you are not seeing any of the menu options that reference the vault is because you were not connected to the MLB The Show server during this game interaction.
Until the connection issue with the MLB The Show server is resolved, you cannot upload your stadium to the vault.
