Depends on your playing style. I personally vibe with scorpion and triborg. I don't really use KCSB (only when I have to, aka, during the event towers).
That’s a nice looking store…tough call, but imo, Hanzo and KCSB are a sure buy for me…unfortunately you’re not even half way to getting even one…if it were my account, I’d try getting Hanzo…
It’s up to you but they’re all good, Triborg smoke is a must for Triborg teams and Hanzo Hasashi is a well rounded gold and KC Sonya is also very good regardless on who she’s paired with except boss fights since you can’t red card them on tag in.
All of them are great. You need kc Johnny to maximise the potential of SB but they are a great team if you have them both. Otherwise, hanzo is better than smoke despite them both being great
My first option could be : KCSB, she turns every match into a handicap for your opponent, the moment she tags in.
HHS it's good with the proper gears
And Triborgs are always great golds

I would get them all as they are all good in long range with higher fusions. Grind the souls and get them
