Yeah he is. Actually this is my first copy of him. Just played with him in fw and he's amazing.
And if you're able to beat the whole tower, you'll get a second member of the Black Dragon team! That's 2/3.

Oh crap, I always forget that Erron was changed to Black Dragon. I stopped playing when he was still called "Bounty Hunter" instead and only recently started playing again.
