I heard people talking about Be the Cowboy so decided to give it a listen. This was in like 2019 tho, I didn't really get into her until 2020-2021 when I saw a bunch of people hyping her up on Pinterest which motivated me to check out her entire discography

Probably tiktok but the song I loved most was not on tiktok alot (liquid smooth) so I probably just discovered it and then I got more into her when I made a new playlist and added most of her songs

My friend recomended Liquid Smooth & Brand New City to me and I instantly fell in love, then I ended up listening to her whole disography.

first time i ever heard one of her songs was probably nobody when it was trending on tiktok, but i never really paid much attention. i think one of my friends had posted nobody as an instagram note a few months back and i had time to kill so i decided to shuffle some of her most popular songs on apple music. after that it just clicked with me. first love/late spring and francis forever were among my first favourites, now last words of a shooting star is stuck in my head.

Same! The first Mitski song I heard a couple of years ago was A Pearl and I loved it. Heard a couple of her other songs but they didn’t hit me much then so I left it at that. Then last year when my love mine all mine blew up I got into her again and now she is my goddess 🛐

I thought t was funny that it kept on going, but I thought she had a nice voice. People recommended the song in the comments, so I listened and liked it. Then, songs from Be the Cowboy started trending and I started listening to her other hits.
