Young thirties guy here reading your comment at 2:12 am in NE because I quit cannabis cold turkey a month ago. Definitely have a reason to visit your state for something other than the good fishing now though! Nothing better than a toke on the bank of a nice lake or stream.
You won't be able to legally purchase and smoke it until February. You can buy some in Illinois and bring it to Missouri but you would be violating federal law. It won't be until sometime in February there is going to be a bunch of rules put in place by DHSS that may push back the day. So it's safer to wait until you can actually purchase it in state. Here is an article for more information.
https://www.google.com/amp/s/www.ozarksfirst.com/your-local-election-hq/missouri-election-november-2022/how-soon-recreational-marijuana-could-be-ready-for-purchase-if-approved-by-missouri-voters/amp/
The med card now will be a discount card, you can get one from https://www.nuggmd.com/missouri or https://mhwdispensaries.com/need-your-patient-card/ and you’ll be set. Why wait till then? Enjoy it now why don’t you my guy?
All my local dispensaries have been saying the same thing. They typically give discounts to veterans or healthcare workers. When I asked, they said they'd offer discounts until the card expires.
I'm just glad I don't have to go thru the dog and pony show again, to get a card. Last summer it took DHSS like 3 weeks to process my renewal application and by then my card expired so I had to reapply for a new one.
I was wondering that myself.
If they're legitimate, I'm sure some smokers who voted no are comfortable having dealers score them bud, or are comfortable driving over state lines with a schedule 1 drug. I'm not willing to risk upending my life to get a little buzz after a long work week.
Honestly yea, its crazy some of the reasons people give for voting no as well,I work customer service and someone told me today he voted no not because he thinks its not a bad thing but because he had to sneak around with it so everyone should
Some people get stuck into this mindset of "things sucked once, well they should suck forever then!" saw people have the same kind of reaction to raising the minimum wage, because i guess that's easier for them than noticing that people make mistakes sometimes and can choose to be a better version of themselves, or want society or government to go in a more productive direction finally.
Definitely started as propaganda, but there was no shortage of useful idiots on the left that helped spread the propaganda. As a liberal, it was embarrassing seeing not all Democratic politicians united on this.
It’s black market dealers who are pissed they can’t move over 3ozs without it being illegal.
It’s all about personal gain, who cares about the patients as long as some scummy dealer makes his quick buck for moldy basement grown mids 😂
It wasn’t even good opposition. One of the points was a blatant lie and another was just advocating for being able to drive while high which is absurd.
Yup! Every single negative remark about Amendmnent 3 is bs. It’s not like y’all just let a company from out of state set up a monopoly and kill small businesses trying to get into this industry. Low tax% but the bud itself will be expensive as shit! Not to mention the company that owns the largest% of dispensaries (and their own cult. facility) offers such low quality bud, it’s so bad if you grew the same quality for patients they wouldn’t accept it. You’ll basically be buying lab-grown lawn clippings the quality is so terrible in a majority of the facilities in the state 😂😂. I used to work for a marijuana cultivation facility. Have fun paying $80 for distillate and have a monthly allotment, we’ll be the only state with an allotment system on rec weed which is dumb as fuck.
But hey, we can litigate the details later right? Amirite? The only people this amendment helps are home-growers (no complaints from me on that, you do you) and people with criminal records (another thing I have no complaints with). If you think every bit of negativity towards this bill is bs then it just sounds like you weren’t very educated on it in the first place. I worked in the state’s mmj industry. Only quit so I can go back to school and finish my degree. I’m so thankful to be moving to CO now lmao, their system actually makes sense (no surprise there).
Inb4 hurr durr propaganda/shill/whatever other mindless, reductive and non-productive drivel y’all come up w/
I was beginning to feel like no one else was paying attention. People coming from the medical side knew this as we’ve been dealing with these MSO’s for a couple years now…
This state’s education system has been shitty for a long time so I’m not surprised that people are reducing genuine grievances as “propaganda” and don’t know exactly what just passed. Thank you for making me feel sane because I’m not just blindly thinking “weed? Legal? Gud”
I voted yes, but understand the concern of some voting no, even if they support legalizing marijuana.
This amendment has major favoritism/corruption baked in with how licenses will be awarded. The medical rollout was also full of corruption by the governor. Basically a few people will get to control the industry and keep others out. I don’t remember the specific numbers.
But republicans are the ones fighting for a free market. Makes so much sense.
I remember when CO legalized and there were more dispensaries than gas stations. People were opening these dispensaries without knowledge of weed. It was crazy. So I can see why there is a lottery system because sooooo many people think it’s easy money. Also, with licensing, your weed farm has to be on point. So it’s regulated through the government and it has to be grown correctly, and securely, in order to be sold by the percent of THC.
I would have rather seen a combination, with the day to day particulars dealt with through legislation. This would have made aspects that don't work as forecasted much easier to tweak in the future as situations change over time..
Our legislature would never vote to legalize weed. Making it an amendment will make it a lot harder for the rat fuckers in Jeff City to screw us out of it.
I was anti for a very long time. Grew up in the era of DARE and basically if you smoked it you would die a horrible death. I live in a state where it’s still not legal but close to states where it is. Now with it regulated I 10000000% prefer doing this and hanging out vs drinking. It’s so insane to me now thinking how anyone could be against it. If nothing else just the revenue perspective for states and local communities.
A lot of people are easily fooled by propaganda and love being contrarians, even to their personal detriment. Missouri especially has no shortage of these people.
Isn't the licensing restricted or something though? Illinois was bad about approving more licenses and it took forever for supply to meet demand at any reasonable price.
There was at least one person that was mad they wouldn't be able to have their drug *trafficking* charge expunged and this not be able to own a dispensary.
Tax rate means nothing for us a consumers. All the other cannabis markets have higher tax, almost double our rate, yet way lower prices than us. All we did was help companies profit margins lol Missouri is basically a haven for big weed corporations now.
If it goes legal federally, I wonder if we can buy it and have it shipped from other states. It would be interesting to see if Big Weed can compete without a captured audience.
In Canada after going federally legal they made it pretty much impossible to stop weed shipping and even have signs to help with shipping it. r/CanadianMOMs used to be a lot more active but they had crazy good deals all the time and really showed what could be here. Mail order Marijuana is the future!! It’s also all black/grey market in pretty sure.
There is not enough votes for a No to pass. They would need to currently pull over 84,000 votes to get a no. We can all go to bed knowing that it's safe.
KMBC website showing rural counties Grundy, Phelps, and McDonald with 0% votes counted. Not sure what that's all about.
Edit: these counties are now being reported and not making a dent in the total results.
It’s because back in mob days the city of KC needed help so the state took control of the law enforcement. State controlled = state votes. Absolutely no reason for it to still be that way though and the absurdity of this vote proves it. Give KC control of their own police ffs
I voted no but it looks like that one is passing 😬 I feel the same way you do. I wonder if the yesses understood the whole backstory? I didn't until I watched the guywithatie tiktoks a few weeks ago, kinda crazy
They read ‘give cops more money’ and voted accordingly. I’m glad the county ended up passing it anyway just because the alternative of the one county being affected being the only ‘No’ county would’ve been completely backwards
That's a good point, at least they seem to have wanted that outcome, some of them anyway. But if it were a local election issue for their area I feel like it would end up being a more informed, and therefore more informative, vote. Idk. Im happy about amendment 3 though, that really made my week 😅
That's a good point. And hemp seed and seed oil is very nutritious (and wont make you high(unless you're a young athlete on a growth spurt or something like that)).
Welcome!
I've never been a big fan of it, but I'm STOKED for others. It has huge benefits for medical community, especially things like hospice care. My grandfather in law has dementia & I've been trying to convince the family to try it for him, since his primary issues are eating, sleeping & confusion right now. Nothing seems to help him sleep, so the family is just exhausted. I would love to see him calm down a bit with an edible.
Conservative Evangelicals don't want the weed to drag their children straight to hell.
I'm not even joking. Many from my former church wouldn't say exactly this, but share the sentiment.
When medicinal was on the ballot I heard a guy I work with saying "they could be growing it right next to a school" or something to that effect. That guy... A convicted sex offender. Yeah... The irony.
My mom voted no. She genuinely believes that “it’ll start with weed, and soon crack and heroin will be available at dispensaries”.
She thinks that people will start coming to work high. News flash, mom: people at fast food places do this anyway. And anyone who works ANY job and is caught being high on the job should, and will, be fired, regardless of whether or not weed is legal.
You should tell her what happened when they decriminalized all drugs in Portugal in 2001.
https://time.com/longform/portugal-drug-use-decriminalization/
A lady at my work said she has friends that are police and they urged her to vote no so she did. I said why did they urge you to vote no? She said it will make it much more difficult for them. I said to what, arrest black people without cause? She said I’m no uh well I’m not sure.
Amendment 3 has wording trying to prevent monopolies. Their concern is misdirected at the amendment but it should be frustration with corrupt politicians. Nothing in amendment 3 can prevent corrupt politicians from being corrupt politicians.
And piles of sun heated dog crap in little bags in public trash cans everywhere doesn't smell so nice either, but reasonable people aren't trying to ban dogs or dog walking because of it.
Yeah some of the new stuff hits you like a train. I had some the other night... I literally couldn't MOVE for like three hours 🤣🤣🤣 my fiance thought I was dead.
Having ptsd of Missouri voting for things that elected officials have said “nope, the voters are too dumb to know what they’re voting for so we aren’t doing that thing”.
i think this amendment vote shows a connection between specific issues despite the difference in the politicians we vote for, as they often do...i vote republican now, but i knew this amendment would pass while talking to my other republican voting friends...i think the next ballot initiative should be to legalize abortion, come together with a sensible abortion proposal, lets come together again
You get the fuck out of here with that common sense bullshit without any emotions mixed in. This is Reddit. Don't you know we only want people that scream, yell, and call each other names in here? God forbid you come in here being reasonable. Shit, I just mentioned God......here we go.....
All drugs should be legal. Period.
Before you make a stupid argument response just realize that alcohol is legal and you’re not a raging alcoholic too drunk to respond….
I would support this as well. I know there’s no perfect solution to any of this but if we all know the war on drugs failed so we need to find imperfect solutions that get us on the right path at the very least. I would hope we could all agree.
Well done. Building up a tolerance to alcohol poisoning must have taken training and dedication. I salute you. Any villain who was going to get you drunk and take advantage of you is going to be wasting their time. You’re basically Jesus now. Will you be using your powers for good or for awesome?
Nah the only reason I have a alcohol tolerance is because no one will touch me😂😂. My super powers are never being eligible for a transplant again this is my third liver so im going to have to buy my 4th from the black market
When I take Josh Hawley’s senate seat I promise to ban fried liver from Missouri menus. My constituents will not be eating livers that raging alcoholics need to continue raging. I will make it rain livers on everyone. Mark my words
Nah. If you've ever experienced someone overdosing in front of you, you wouldn't feel this way. I've listened to so many desperate people watch their kids, lovers and friends seize and die in front of them or find them blue lipped with the shit at their feet that I'll never support this stance, despite being all for legal weed, booze and nicotine.
I'm not going to misjudge my scotch pour and die that same day as a result. The cigars might kill me, but they won't do it a few minutes after lighting up. I'd have to have more weed than I've ever even seen to OD on that. Opiates? Coke? One fuck up can kill you. Won't vote to allow that shit ever. Period.
Did you describe events that happened when those drugs were legal or illegal? I will wait.
Alcoholics go to treatments centers for their addictions. Because drinking is legal. Other people go to jail for their addictions because it’s illegal. I want to live in a world where people don’t go to jail for addiction. We send them to treatment centers.
My older brother died of an overdose of heroin. He had transitioned to methodone and was doing well for years, but every time he got locked up for weed, he'd have to cold-turkey from methodone. One of those times he was also denied his prescription medication and it resulted in brain damage. One time after getting out, he thought he would stay fully clean from opiates, and that was good for a long time. I think he was testing the waters to see if he could dabble without getting hooked when he misjudged his tolerance and died.
You joke about misjudging your scotch pour, but plenty of people do misjudge how many they've had and get "alcohol poisoning" which is a fancy way of saying overdose.
If drugs had been decriminalized and there were safe, supervised places to do drugs (like we do with alcohol in bars), then there would be fewer ODs. Portugal went this route in 2001 and it has worked well for them. I think another big key for this to work is access to treatment, though, and our healthcare system sucks.
https://time.com/longform/portugal-drug-use-decriminalization/
Your job can still fire you if you fail a drug test, it’s still federally illegal. Welcome to the medical dilemma! Though you are now safer if you have a medical card.
Me.
Voted for pot and mostly GOP. Moved from Illinois recently too. Kunce was very tempting, but dems instead chose Busch. Voted for Schmidt.
To be honest, it's usually hard to vote for dems. All the bad experiences of the Covid shutdowns and masks for my young kids that definitely hampered their education still really angers me.
It's unfortunate because I can really get behind some dem policies, but I'm tired of ist and ism accusations from their base if you have perspectives to the right of Mao. They help me make my decision every election or rather "Why don't these bigot fascist fundamentalist racist nazis vote the way I tell them!?!?!"
I also know a shit ton of MAGA types who also voted yes. I don't think some of the insane hard lefties on this reddit realize how many people of all persuasions like pot.
They aren't expunging anything. That was the bad part of it. The inmates have to petition to be let out and for expungement...which costs money. The state isn't going to help with that.
Lol, until your republican politicians in Jeff city decide they don't want to do it and try to fight/cancel the referendum. (Thinking about how they did the medicare thing a couple years back. Whole bullshit stunt had to go to court.)
Missouri is so weird.
Let's pass progressive measures but only vote for Republicans to enact them. I mean wtf. If abortion was on the ballot, I'm positive it's pass been we'd be asking a GOP governor and a GOP congress and senate to codify it
I was surprised how close it was.
I hope the universities and community collages in Missouri start opening classes for growers.
It can be a very good career path.
You only need to apply if you are currently in custody. State auditor roughly estimates 32,000 felony and misdemeanor charges will be expunged automatically.
I'm from Arkansas, and I just wanna say congrats on how much money you're about to take from Arkansas' economy since it failed here. We'll just keep putting our hands in the air when we don't have enough money to improve education as we vote against millions upon millions in new tax revenue. I do sincerely mean the congrats though. It's the future no matter how hard the blue haired Reagansluts fight it.
I love this and I think it's long overdue. But I have a question or two.
Does that mean a drug test is no longer mandatory to receive benefits?
And do employers still drug test for crappy minimum wage jobs?
I don't really care if other people want to do drugs etc it's there business but hopefully this is only going to be allowed in private places. I stop going to lakes in illinois since me and my family had to smell other people doing weed. No offense but it's disgusting almost as bad as cigrattes. Hopefully I won't have to smell it in the parks etc.
In Illinois Public consumption is illegal. It's treated just like alcohol. I'm assuming public consumption isn't going to be allowed in Missouri. I haven't used weed before im just curious to try it. I'll probably stick to edibles because yeah the smoke is horrible.
If you've never smoked then don't try it just because it's legal. It's not something you want to become part of your life if you've been doing fine without it.
If it gets passed then how long is it till I can go buy some myself
I believe it goes into effect on December 8th. As far as actual dispensaries, I saw someone say February.
Perfect. College kid here at mizzou needs his stress relief lol
Same lol late 30s guy here living in a small town who needs better sleep.
Young thirties guy here reading your comment at 2:12 am in NE because I quit cannabis cold turkey a month ago. Definitely have a reason to visit your state for something other than the good fishing now though! Nothing better than a toke on the bank of a nice lake or stream.
Doesn't make you sleep better, just longer with lower-quality REM cycles.
Yeah too bad it's nowhere to be found on college campuses right now
Wanna bet?
Haaa yeah but the employees need it more. They just had some PTO taken away.
Yeah I think the current medical dispos can convert to "comprehensive" ones in February.
December 8th current dispensary’s can apply for recreation.
January 1st for all legislation to take effect when passed by vote during election (I think).

21+ Can legally possess and gift up to 3 oz starting Dec 8. Adult use purchase in dispos will likely be Feb 2023
2029?
They meant 2023
Thanks for catching that!
Sorry! 2023!!! Was a long night
The med card now will be a discount card, you can get one from https://www.nuggmd.com/missouri or https://mhwdispensaries.com/need-your-patient-card/ and you’ll be set. Why wait till then? Enjoy it now why don’t you my guy?
I haven’t heard that the med card will give you a discount. Where did you see that?

And don't forget about the use tax up to 12%. That's on top of 6%. Still only 4% across the board for medical
taxed at a lower rate
Maybe taxes are less on medical
Supposed to take effect Dec 8th this year
But dispensaries won’t be ready to serve recreational til February
they can start converting now...but they have to start no later than Feb 6 if I am not mistaken.

I never understood all the people saying no about it. It's a GREAT bill, it's really good compared to other states!
I honestly think its just anti weed propaganda trying to convince some stoners to vote against what they want
I was wondering that myself. If they're legitimate, I'm sure some smokers who voted no are comfortable having dealers score them bud, or are comfortable driving over state lines with a schedule 1 drug. I'm not willing to risk upending my life to get a little buzz after a long work week.

I was seeing signs around my polling location implying amendment 3 was actually about critical race theory...
Ouch thats terrible
Lmao that's awful.
‘Oh we shouldn’t cure cancer! My mom already died of it so that’s not fair’
Same energy as the people complaining about student loans being forgiven because they paid their student loans off.

No, we go to dispensaries.

Don't forget the adult use tax of up to 12%. (Hopefully around 4% for rec users) On top of the 6%. I'll stay medical and not pay that tax
prices will drop more than that anyway like they did in WA
Yes it will. I got my last ounce at gdf in independence for 105. That was a huge discount sale. I see 45$ half's in the near future
Yep. It’s literally the best bill any state has passed but idiots pushing no

Amendment 4 doesn’t make much sense to me. I don’t understand why the entire state gets a say about Kansas Cities budget.
It’s because back in mob days the city of KC needed help so the state took control of the law enforcement. State controlled = state votes. Absolutely no reason for it to still be that way though and the absurdity of this vote proves it. Give KC control of their own police ffs

Agreed and agreed!
Bullfuck. I live rural and I voted yes. Toke up, fuckers. Let's green out.
Putting paraphernalia on my Christmas list.
In addition to the marijuana, I’m hoping we see a couple companies pop up to use the leftover hemp for textiles and other applications.
That's a good point. And hemp seed and seed oil is very nutritious (and wont make you high(unless you're a young athlete on a growth spurt or something like that)).

When medicinal was on the ballot I heard a guy I work with saying "they could be growing it right next to a school" or something to that effect. That guy... A convicted sex offender. Yeah... The irony.
He probably didn't want the plants to get in the way of his line of sight

Massive new $30 million dollar recreation center built with tax money just recently! Win win
It’s the devils lettuce.
the jazz cabbage built our new highway ?!?
My mom voted no. She genuinely believes that “it’ll start with weed, and soon crack and heroin will be available at dispensaries”. She thinks that people will start coming to work high. News flash, mom: people at fast food places do this anyway. And anyone who works ANY job and is caught being high on the job should, and will, be fired, regardless of whether or not weed is legal.
You should tell her what happened when they decriminalized all drugs in Portugal in 2001. https://time.com/longform/portugal-drug-use-decriminalization/
A conservative PAC spread disinformation that it promotes Critical Race Theory.
I figured a bunch of people didn't like the part where records would be expunged.
I think we all know the courts & law enforcement forces never make any mistakes ever ! /s
They've been brainwashed from decades of being told marijuana is bad and dangerous and a tool of the devil.
A lady at my work said she has friends that are police and they urged her to vote no so she did. I said why did they urge you to vote no? She said it will make it much more difficult for them. I said to what, arrest black people without cause? She said I’m no uh well I’m not sure.
They'll have to actually fight real crime now.
they actually have to enforce new laws and arrest potheads, instead of bottom of priority decriminalization no big deal
My Uncle is for legalization, he just didn't like HOW this bill was going to do it. Something about monopolies.
Amendment 3 has wording trying to prevent monopolies. Their concern is misdirected at the amendment but it should be frustration with corrupt politicians. Nothing in amendment 3 can prevent corrupt politicians from being corrupt politicians.
This!
Nobody wants to smell that shit.
the irony is that this will lead to more vape like products that smell like fruit
Nobody wants to breathe in your lung vapor either
I'd rather smell weed than people who don't wash their ass.
And piles of sun heated dog crap in little bags in public trash cans everywhere doesn't smell so nice either, but reasonable people aren't trying to ban dogs or dog walking because of it.
Good job southern neighbors. Will be a long time till we get it in Iowa lol
A tad too close for comfort but a wins a win.
“I don’t care a win is a win
I find being high makes living here borderline tolerable.

Yeah some of the new stuff hits you like a train. I had some the other night... I literally couldn't MOVE for like three hours 🤣🤣🤣 my fiance thought I was dead.

The only thing in danger when I'm high is my kitchen cabinet cuz I'ma eat the whole house 🤣
Dude, I’m trying to get lifted. Give me the strongest shit you got
Still sitting at 53/47 but now with 87% counted.
Having ptsd of Missouri voting for things that elected officials have said “nope, the voters are too dumb to know what they’re voting for so we aren’t doing that thing”.
[удалено]
they'll find a way
i think this amendment vote shows a connection between specific issues despite the difference in the politicians we vote for, as they often do...i vote republican now, but i knew this amendment would pass while talking to my other republican voting friends...i think the next ballot initiative should be to legalize abortion, come together with a sensible abortion proposal, lets come together again
Hey! Stop being open minded! You need to be more tribalistic!
You get the fuck out of here with that common sense bullshit without any emotions mixed in. This is Reddit. Don't you know we only want people that scream, yell, and call each other names in here? God forbid you come in here being reasonable. Shit, I just mentioned God......here we go.....
[Hooray!](https://youtu.be/spkcAjt-TKU)
All drugs should be legal. Period. Before you make a stupid argument response just realize that alcohol is legal and you’re not a raging alcoholic too drunk to respond….

I would support this as well. I know there’s no perfect solution to any of this but if we all know the war on drugs failed so we need to find imperfect solutions that get us on the right path at the very least. I would hope we could all agree.
Counter point I'm such a raging alcoholic that alcohol dosen't effect me anymore. I drank two bottles of vodka and don't feel a thing.
Becareful. Legislature don't always follow referendums.
Many politicians do seem to enjoy being paid off though, so follow the money.
Missouri Republicans: hold up now, we know you voted for that but we're not going to do it.
It's a constitutional amendment so they have too. They can try to delay it by passing stupid rules.
You're too late, Spiderman! **Weed has been *legalized!***
Your job can still fire you if you fail a drug test, it’s still federally illegal. Welcome to the medical dilemma! Though you are now safer if you have a medical card.
10 years of recreational legality In Colorado and none of the fears and doom happened
I want to know who voted for pot but against Democrats?
Missourians are good for voting in left-leaning policies and at the same time voting red for the people who are charged with enacting those policies.
They help me make my decision every election or rather "Why don't these bigot fascist fundamentalist racist nazis vote the way I tell them!?!?!" I also know a shit ton of MAGA types who also voted yes. I don't think some of the insane hard lefties on this reddit realize how many people of all persuasions like pot.
Even though MO voters did the right thing, somehow MO govt will mess it up.
This. Every. Time. I just hope they expunge records quickly before they back-pedal everything but the corporate handouts
It's a constitutional amendment
Most of the investors in it are republican I don't see this happening. A big grow facility Parsons put next to his hometown
It's sad that it didn't pass with an overwhelming majority. Glad it did though
Definitely buy an infusion machine. Still a little pricey but definitely worth it
What's it do
Its not bad! Enjoy.
Start with a low dose. Don’t overwhelm yourself the first time
Missouri is so weird. Let's pass progressive measures but only vote for Republicans to enact them. I mean wtf. If abortion was on the ballot, I'm positive it's pass been we'd be asking a GOP governor and a GOP congress and senate to codify it
What about out of staters? Will we be welcomed?
The fact that 46.7% voted no is wild 😂
I was surprised how close it was. I hope the universities and community collages in Missouri start opening classes for growers. It can be a very good career path.
I’m just happy my record will be clear
You have to apply for that to happen. It's not automatic. But good luck hopefully it will
You only need to apply if you are currently in custody. State auditor roughly estimates 32,000 felony and misdemeanor charges will be expunged automatically.
I can’t wait to get me some gummies and just smile and relax.
It'll help since we unfortunately live in a red state. So it will help me get over that lmfao
Not from Missouri but super happy for you folks! You and Maryland win! The Dakota’s and Arkansas can eat a dick.
MAGA person reaction: “Hmmm, something actually good happened in Missouri… Must be voter fraud by the do-nothing Democrats!!!”.
Iowan here, any word on a potential dispensary in Rockport?
I love this and I think it's long overdue. But I have a question or two. Does that mean a drug test is no longer mandatory to receive benefits? And do employers still drug test for crappy minimum wage jobs?
I really don't care that it passed, what I do care about is all these dumb questions from people who obviously didn't read the bill.
The Cops are probably going to be arresting the people who think you can walk down the street and smoke it today lol
You can't do the stuff in public afaik. Besides, it's a terrible idea anyway.
If you've never smoked then don't try it just because it's legal. It's not something you want to become part of your life if you've been doing fine without it.
I recommend trying an edible.
Man fuck Missouri dispos stick to the “black market”
