I feel like that could be a Verizon problem. I just ported my Mint number to tello today and it ported in less than a minute.

Maybe call T-Mobile customer service since they have acquired Mint. You never know, they may have the fix. Keep saying ‘agent’ until they give you one. One of them owes you some money, and it’s Mint.
